Ordered a wheel weight rack from Napa through their Riverdale store. Received a partial delivery a full two weeks from the date I ordered it! They told me that it would be in, in a few days. They told me that they would make sure I would receive what I paid for in a day or two. After a few dozen calls to Paul in the Riverdale store he says that there was a mistake on the NAPA website and the $24 item Im waiting for will be paid for as a courtesy for me waiting so long and the website error. It is now a full 6 weeks since my initial order and every time I contact Paul he sort of laughs and says its out of his hands. You would think that in todays day and age that you would want to make the customer happy. Not with Paul and NAPA of Riverdale! I even gave them a fair warning that if they did not make good on my small order I would give them a negative review. Well here we are, my first negative review of a company. There are many auto parts stores in our area, my advise is that you support them and not Napa of Riverdale!

The parts guy gave me a bad attitude when I asked kindly for brake pads and rotors he looked overwhelmed by his work all in all I left. I traveled to Auto Zone its just a few miles down and I bought rear pads and rotors under 5min from Auto Zone too easy.

We have been there three times and each time they were rude and did not have the part needed. PLEASE support the other auto parts stores in town. They do not care.
