I have been getting my auto care at Pep Boys for long time and I was excited about new pep boys in Absecon, NJ because its close to me but now I am very disappointed because every time I go there guy at check in says "I got only one guy working" always one guy. There are other places in Absecon who been in business for very long time if pep boys wants to compete with this people they better change their attitude because at this location they needs to know how can they be friendly with customers. People if you really want to go to pep boys go to Egg harbor location until they fix attitude problem here in Absecon.

I had my oil changed in my car the service was really slow , the person in pep boys was trying to sell all kinds of things that I didnt ask for , just need my oil changed not go in to buy the hole store , it will be my last time going to that place

Had an appointment for Thursday which they cancelled on their own which after I made one for Friday only to find out they dont have enough technicians to work on the car. No apologies or anything. Just said we cant do it tonight.

Had an oil change and an alignment done on my 2014 ram 1500. Tire rotation was free with oil change. The guys dug up some coupons for the oil change and the alignment. I saved about $50.

Bought 4 tires a few months ago. Recently had a gash on one of the tires. The Boys replace it with a new one. No issues. Great experience!
