I went there earlier today looking for a very obscure product to help keep my car window propped up (it had fallen off the track and would not stay closed). The staff helped me look for it, but they didnt have it in stock. So instead, Pedro came out to my car and managed to fix a makeshift wedge to keep my window up until I can get it into the shop. They didnt ask me for a thing in return. EXCELLENT customer service.
