THE WORST EXPEREINCE EVER. NIGHTMARE. Never go to this place, no such thing as customer service and the ego that all the workers have is ridiculous. There is no communication between the people working there and no sense of time. If you do not wish to waste your time on egotistical, alpha males who think they own Seara Auto and the entire place do not come here. Sears is anyway drowning in their own troubles. Other workers who are involved with different customers, learn to respect the customer. Useless place called an Auto Center. Not even worthy enough of a one-star.

Last week I made an appointment for oil change for Sat 7/8 at 11:00am. Reached there at 10:55am today, one person was being served and 2 were waiting in the line ahead of me. When the rep was done with the first he went inside to drop the keys/papers on his way back I told him that i have 11am appt. he said ok and went on to serve the next person in the line. I waited till 11:10 and left. The bottom line is if you make an appointment, reach there at least 30 minutes earlier and home by your appointment time you are #1 in the queue.

Worst experience! It was my first time choosing this store. I needed an oil change desperately, made an appointment days in advance and when I got there they told me they werent even aware of my appointment. On top of that they werent able to do the oil change bc he said they had to "pull the oil tank out of the ground" or something like that...no apologies or anything just a "ok whatever" kind of attitude. This store truly sucks and I will no longer choose this for an services whatsoever.

Customer service is a major issue. Under staffed. I have been going to Sears for Auto service for Over 20 years. Going to Lawrenceville NJ location for past four Made an appointment for oil change at 8 AM. at 8:50 was still waiting to get my car checked in. told them I had to go to work and for them to cancel my appointment. Person behind desk was upset that I was leaving. Totally poor service. I was shocked how bad it has gotten. Will never use Sears Automotive again!

Absolutely horrible customer service. They tend to be very slow and their time estimates are always very optimistic leading to a large number of unsatisfied and frustrated customers. Went in for an oil change and had an appointmen, I showed up 30 mins before my appointment and they took 3.5 hours to complete the job.

One of worst place in the world. Terrible service. No wonder why sears is going bankrupt. No one is picking up the phone. Never place online order and pick up at the store. This company should quickly go out of business. I will never ever visit this store or place an online order to this place.

The guy I talked to seemed nice enough, but literally everything I was told on the phone was wrong, incl which tires they had. Expect the work to take much longer than they tell you.
