Some of the staff are clueless. I called ahead and asked about renting an OBD-II scanner and was told that that had one left, when I arrived at the store I was told by the clerk at the register that they dont rent scanners. I told him to ask the manager and to his surprise I was correct. When I returned a week later to get my ~$140 deposit back I was told to come back later because they dont have enough money in the register. I was not happy. As I was leaving someone else wanted to rent the scanner so they told me that now they will get some money from the safe so I can have my deposit back. COME ON!!! How lazy are these people. If you have the money in the safe the entire time there should be no hesitation to immediately return my deposit. The AutoZone in Hillsborough is much better. The staff are way more friendly and professional.

I must have jinxed myself with the previous vote of confidence for this location. I need parts, they arent in stock. "We will transfer them in on the morning truck, stop in tomorrow". Meanwhile, the person taking my order takes my name and number, promising to set aside a few other items that are in stock. Tomorrow comes ... No parts have arrived, and the parts "set aside" - werent. Then they have to order a part they cant transfer in. Two days later, a phone call. I pick up the part and ... Its completely wrong! They check on the computer, shrug, and say "I dunno, the computer says thats the right number, maybe try Pep Boys". So, in the words of the people who work here ... Why not try Pep Boys?

The staff is very friendly at this AutoZone. I purchased a headlight bulb and a flasher relay here (The manager, Mike, helped me find both parts in the store in about 2 minutes). I wasnt able to locate where to replace the flasher relay on my car. The manager, Mike, and another parts manager, Manny, were happy to help me locate it. I really appreciated their help, it was a very hot and humid day. I definitely recommend this AutoZone.

What should have taken two minutes turned into a fiasco. I went in to pick up some new bolts to hold my spark plug caps. First, I had to ask the staff to measure the size of the threads (they do not have a size guide next to the rack like the one in East Brunswick). Then, I go over to where the bolts are located, and the rack is half empty. Eventually found what I was looking for, but the staff were not really helpful or organized.

I bought a new car scent spray and when I sprayed on my car it was like stinky bomb so I went back to return it and the lady didnt wanna do it. Had to make scene to get my money back
