I was very disappointed in the service I received at this Walmart today. I brought my car for an oil change, not because Walmart is the cheapest, but because I used to always get my car serviced at another Walmart located in Fargo, North Dakota and loved the service! I recently moved to Jersey, although I have lived here for many years prior to moving to Fargo (So I am not a stranger to how this part of the world works). Anyway, I called this department yesterday evening and was told there is a 1.5 hour wait time. This is quite understandable as evenings are usually busy, so I decided to drop in at about 10:15 am this morning and my car was the only one parked in the lot with another vehicle in the garage. A person called Valentine took my order. (He was not wearing a name tag and therefore I later discovered his name through another employee). I asked him for a "high mileage" ($39.88) oil change and a "air filter" (~$12) replacement. He asked me if I need to change my vipers. Ummm... Isnt that supposed to be part of the service... to check my existing ones and let me know if I need replacement? Anyway, I politely said "No, thank you". I was quoted a time of 25 to 30 minutes. I joyfully took a 30 minute stroll and came back to the department to find that my car was back in the lot. I went to the cashier to pay and realized that my car had been sitting in the lot all this time. Valentine then went in the garage and told one of the mechanics to take care of my car. Again, I was quoted a 30 minute time window. After grudgingly walking through Walmart again I reported to the department at the time stated. Valentine was now replaced by Julian, who told me that he was a new hire. No problem. I peeked into the garage to see what the mechanic was doing and overheard him asking another mechanic "Where is the high mileage oil kept?" and the other guy was yelling "It is right there! On the shelf!". Ummm... Ok so I guess the oil change is still not complete. Fifteen minutes later the car was being released down. I suspected if everything was done properly and therefore watched as the car was being pulled out of the garage. I noticed that the tire pressure was lower on one of the tires. I also opened the car and noticed that it wasnt vacuumed. I called France (the mechanic who worked on my car, who also wasnt wearing a name tag, by the way, nor were some other employees in the department) this and asked me to do the work properly. He seemed like a nice guy and told me that he will re-do the work. Another 10 minutes later the car was brought back to the lot. I went to the cashier to pay for it and noticed that bill says "$39.88". Ummm... I guess someone somewhere in the department decided not to change air filter, although I requested for it, and not notify me. I suppose I should be thankful that they didnt bill me for it without changing it. I swiped my card, signed the receipt, and left promptly. I looked at the service order and saw that everything was "checked". The tread depth on all the tires were "5/32", whereas one of the tires on the vehicle is fairly new. They also did not fill transmission fluid, Power steering fluid, and Differential fluid as it says "N/A" on the service order and it was crossed out in the department as well. I am not satisfied by this service. For a $40 oil change from Walmart, I expect more than just a oil change. I expect the following, as promised for on Walmarts website: • Add up to five quarts of oil • Install new oil filter • Lubricate chassis (when applicable) • Vacuum interior • Wash windshield exterior • Inflate tires to proper pressure And fill: • Transmission fluid • Washer fluid • Power steering fluid • Differential fluid And check: • Electronic battery performance • Air filter (except vans) • Wiper blades • Headlights • Signal, brake and tail lights I certainly recommend staying AWAY from this Walmarts Tire and Lube Center for your car services. Thank you for reading!

Recently I installed my tires and oil change in Walmart east Windsor nj. The oil chose was done and the protective cover was not closed They lost the bolts. (Careless reply was given when questioned ). There was no refilling of fluids and the inspection as stated in Walmart Website. I ordered for air filter replacement and super replacement they did not do it. In fact I dropped the cat at 9 in the morning and picked up at 5 in the evening. Very bad service. Better Walmart update their website than misleading the consumer

Horrible. Absolutely horrible. If I could rate it a 0, I would. The whole point of an oil change is to repeal and replace the old oil. I was confident they did the oil change. Two days later my car was telling me I had to review the oil. I check the oil, ABSOLUTELY NO OIL. What kind of bs is that? On top of that you cant ask them for anything without them looking at you as if you were dumb. Hate the employees at this location.

3 hour wait to get tires put on at the Express Tire Center. There was no one ahead of me. 2 cars were already in the bays, just getting tires, then me... 3 hours... Hope they are saving lots by cutting staff, they will need it when their customer base disappears. Im not going there ever again for anything. Should have gone to Pep Boys, and I guess tomorrow morning I will.

Hour and a half wait for an oil change and they didnt adjust the tire pressure or vacuum, which is supposed to be included. Can only wonder what else they might not have done.
