I worked for this manager "Monkey", I quit because he politely asks for a customer to leave a deposit for auto parts, offers to obtain above generic auto parts, states he will have your parts in 2 - 3 days, not ready for 7 days, when you request to know where your parts are, he will render all kinds of excuses, Then show you generic parts and expect you to pay for them at the above generic price, and when you refuse, he refuses to render back your money. I watched the manager do this to a women with a disability and on disability, He litterilly screwed her out of food money that he refused to return. Question ? Why would you want to pay 16.95 for a Fel-pro Throttle-body gasket from here when you can purchase the same Fel-pro throttle-body gasket from Bridge Auto parts for 2.99, Wholesale cost 75 cents, exact same one ? A drive belt here for 36.95 when you can buy one from bridge auto parts for 29.99, Wholesale cost 12.00 same one, Gates serpentine belt. If you order parts from him, he will seek to get you cheaper parts, believing your an "Moron" and not "know" the difference. Better know your parts, or he is going to attempt to deliver you a cheaper part. See the pic of this place, I took it because he cannot afford to take one himself. CHEAP,CHEAP.CHEAP Google attempts to give a 5 star rating, This is not a 5 star rated business. I render 10 stars to Bridge Auto Parts for kind, courteous, exceptional service. PERSONALLY. Very poor businessman, very poor business conductivity. PS ...when customer called Police, he now will want you to pay a so called "shipping" price of an extra 35.95....believe it ??? The audacity. Nancy ? What did you have to do, offer to sleep with Mike to get this extraordinary service ?

Every time you come here youre treated like family. The owner Joe and his partner are some of the best guys youll ever meet. Dont come here if you dont know what youre doing like some of the other reviewers apparently. The things they order are at their own expense and often sold at wholesale value just to be competitive. ALL of the guys here are very knowledgeable on cars in general. Keep in mind though that if you want to get any work done here they DO NOT have a garage so everything is done in the parking lot in the back; however, they do a very professional job on all installations. They are certainly not out to rob people and prices they have are the same or cheaper than everywhere else. After getting into an accident on prom night and having the woman quoted $1200 and having the same job done here for $400 I wont shop anywhere else. The guys here always go above and beyond to help customers, even letting me open products and test them before purchasing to make sure Im not wasting money. Despite what other people have reviewed, I cant recommend the guys at DAS more.

Do not purchase the HID lighting kit for your car here and definitely do allow them to install the HID kit. Parts are garbage and the guy butchered my lighting system. Ballasts blew multiple times and when I went back to replace them they charged me every time for the part and even had the nerve to charge me for the labor even tho the parts were cheap and they never bothered to mount the ballasts in order to prevent future issues. I didnt know any better until I took my car to another company to fix the system. The new company said the job was so butchered and the parts were so cheap it all had to be replaced. They charged me half what DAS did for the entire job and I havent had a problem since. Dont bother your time with these scumbags.

The guys at DAS are wonderful. I came in looking for parts for a 74 Plymouth & they didnt bat an eyelash! Although they did make a few jokes about it being a dinosaur, Joe, Nick, J.P. & Steve were able to get me everything I needed to make my Scamp run like a top! Always courteous, helpful & willing to "go the dististance" to make sure it was correct, even telling me the better parts to use on my Beast. Well, it worked!! I sold her for for twice the price I paid for her & moved into the 21 Century with a 2001 Honda CR-V. They installed my wiper blades for me & a new radio; unfortunately, I dont go in there as much but DAS is the best Auto Parts Store around!!!!

avoid these overpriced scammers. slick young guy offers to give me a "deal" if i buy both driver and passenger parts. thought the price was a bit high but went for it. when i get the parts pieces were missing. they have the nerve to ask me to pay them wholesale price to get the remaining pieces. got into a shouting match back and forth and they refused to take back the merchandise. was going to leave packages there and they said they would claim i never did. threatened to dispute it with credit card company and they cared less. rude, disrespectful, obnoxious, complete ripoff. do not shop here, save your $, time, and patience.

I purchased a tool from this guy in order to complete a brake job on my VW. Unfortunatley I realized it was the wrong type of tool after I opened it. I went back to retun it the same day. I apoligized for opening it. Other that the open package the tool was untouched. They refused to take it back and sugested I try to sell it on craigslist. The recipet says no returns after 5 days. I went back the same day. it says no returns or refunds on special orders or electrical parts this item was neither. As far as im concerned there is no reason they should not have accepted this return. Dont give this guy your money.

The owner and staff are the most dishonest deceptive autoparts children in NY I conduct my business with "competent staff "autozone". They welcome you as you walk into their store, provide personal assistance and take back their product. DAS moved away from autozone for lack of business and we had prayed this would happen to this establishment, for when you screw the public, the word will spread and when you screw a women thinking she knows nothing about cars, well shell tell 3 friends and theyll tell 3 friends and so on. What should you buy from here ? NOTHING.

Vic ‎ - Dec 15, 2011 "Seems like there is some hate from the Autozone workers down the street. This place has YET TO OPEN as of 12/5/2011 so take any reviews prior with a grain of salt. " NO vic, This place use to be located down the street from were autozone is now. This place is grossy overpriced and I can only hope that their new store brings some better help with it. Ive been sold crappy parts from these guys before I knew anything about cars. Ive lived in Greenburgh my entire live and Autozone is a welcome addition. Nothing personal about it.

Went in for a Mann European oil filter, they didnt have it in stock but promised they would have it in the next day, and it was. Prices are competitive with some online prices, Autozone wanted to charge me $12 for a STP filter, when i got the Mann at DAS for just under $10! Would recommend them to anyone, just make sure you talk to the younger guys in the store, theyre more pleasant to deal with.
