went in to ask to read the codes on my computer. before I got the flu sentence out the guy behind the counter tersely said we cant do that when theres only 2 people behind the counter, we can only do that during the day. all well and good be he could have handled it better. how bout " sorry sir I cant spare anyone at this time but if youd like to come back tomorrow Id be glad to help you."

A+ visit. I had ordered a item online and it went to the wrong store and the guy who helped me told me to call the 800 number to cancel it so I could buy it from his store. That 800 number had me on hold for 30 minutes. Not cool. So the guy gave me the 20% off and told me to call the other store to cancel it and to have a nice day. Store 07446 English town rt 9

Ordered a radiator online. Came the next morning. Drove 40 minutes to get there. And they tell me that its not in stock. If they pulled the order the day before they would have known. Will never use advanced ever again.

Ordered brake pads and rotors in afternoon online and dont find out they dont have them until I arrived in the evening. They should have called me as thats what I was told from the other advance in old bridge!
