I wish i could give them 5 stars i really do. To start i went all over looking for a car, close to 20 dealerships, and chevy wasnt even really on my radar, but i got a discount through work so i figgured why no. I test drove a cruze and absolutely loved it ( highly recomend that car btw) . But beyond that, the biying experience was so simple and comfortable that i actually wanted to do buisness with them. No high pressure bs, no we want to hold your credit card to prove your serious bull. I gave them a price i was will8kg to pay and they beat it. On top of that when i vame in the next day to sign (notice they let me walk out without signing the first day i went in) they said they found another discount and dropped the price another 30 dollars a month, when i had already agreed to pay more. I could not have been happier with my signing experience...... That said.... My girl friend was kind enough to cosign my lease, they put her as the primary which i questioned but was assured wouldnt matter. It has been a constant headache from day one. To the point where innatally i couldnt even schedule the regular maintance because my name wasnt in the system. They were fine taking my payments, but i couldnt arrange an oil change. They call my girl friend when ever they want something rather then me, like info for additional rebates that dont translate to lease, only to their bottom line. Even going so far as to threaten the lease and repo the car if they didnt get the info they wanted. Again she was just the cosigner and had nothing else to do with the vehicle. They completely backed off upon hearing that her brother was laywer, which just make them sound even more shady. I come home from work to hear this story having no clue that my only means of transportation had been threatened with repossession because they wanted to apply additional manufacturer rebates to the deal for themselves and no one had even thought to so much as call me. (This is not the only post signing demand they made of my girlfriend its the first one she refused, because they kept calling her for my car after repeatedly being asked then told to stop) I later found out that things they claimed were free like a cargo net installed in the trunk, and an insurance protection plan on minor damages to the vehicle (and i have them on tape saying these things are free if they would care to dispute) were itemized, charged, and hiddened into the final cost of the car. No dealership is perfect but read my experience and make your own call. There are worse stories out there, hence the 3 star rating but i dont know that i would send a friend or family member

I brought my 2005 Tahoe in for an issue with the rear suspension after making an online appointment. I gave a very detailed description of the problem in the request, including what parts had already been replaced. The vehicle has the AutoRide system, and I suspected a problem with the Suspension Control Module. I had a replacement compressor in the vehicle already in case that was the problem. The Service Department obviously never read the description, as they asked questions that were answered there. They told me the compressor itself was the problem...remember - I had a replacement part with me!...and told me it would be 2 hours to install at a cost of $400. I questioned the amount, and was told that price included "miscellaneous parts" that would be required, but they couldnt tell me what those parts were. When I quoted the whole procedure to them on how to install that compressor, which took me a total of 2 hours in my driveway the following Sunday with basic hand tools, they insulted me by offering 10% off the service cost. In addition, they tried to sell me on over $750 in additional repairs (including $10 for a license plate bulb!). When I took the vehicle to my mechanic to check the problems they quoted, he showed me the "problems" and turns out they were not even problems. The funny part is that Ive used them for warranty service, and if I appear happy when I leave, I get called about a survey. No such call this time. I am in the process of contacting GM directly to express my concerns.

I brought my car in for warranty work January 2013. First the good- they were very polite and the facility was clean. Now the bad- VERY DISHONEST!! It shouldve been a free warranty repair on my transmission, what it turned into was an estimate that was over $5,000 on repairs the car didnt even need. They stated the oil pan, motor mount, battery, brakes, shocks, & struts all needed to be replaced. Being the repairs were so expensive, they suggested buying a new Chevy at a "great deal". Long story short, they wouldnt repair the trans (they stated the problem wasnt bad enough), and I got the car back with no work done. I went to my mechanic and he confirmed what I already knew- no repairs they suggested were needed-None! I had the transmission fixed at an independent shop for $500. Here it is, 6 months later, and the car runs like new. Its a shame there are such dishonest people out there, RUN, DONT WALK, FROM OASIS!!!

I have to tell you about Oasis. They have been awesome. The original dealer that I bought the car from went out of business. Oasis picked up my service, and provided me with a loaner car (my car is still under warranty). Although it is not as painless as All American Ford of Oldbridge, (the loaner is thru Enterprise car rental), it took away some of the inconvenience of not having a vehicle. I love my car but when I need service I cannot be without a vehicle, and they made it a little more painless. They are all very kind a courteous and I appreciate their efforts towards their customers. Chevrolet as a corporation needs to step up and make sure that their dealers have plenty of loaners for their customers. This will be a deal breaker for me in the future when purchasing a new vehicle. Chevrolet needs to make sure their customers are not inconvenienced when their vehicles need service.

Never buy a used car at Oasis Chevrolet because later you will have massive problems with the car like i am having know, I bought a 2009 Lexus IS 250 and my brakes and radio are having problems and they dont want to help me with the problems that I having, and later you are stuck paying out of your pocket for the massive problems that you are having with the car. After 3 Months of having this car its all problems and Oasis Chevrolet doesnt care about there customers or even helping them with the problems that they are having they just want your money and selling the car as quickly as possible. They sell used cars on a high price without telling you the problems that they are having with the car , and dont trust the car fax because it can say no problem and later after you bought the car it has massive problems.

I cannot be happier about my entire experience at Oasis Chevy Service Department. Lindsay was amazing and very helpful. They covered all of my issues under my Powertrain warranty. Unlike Action Chevy of Freehold that just tried to sell me things I did not need. Lindsay also set up a rental car for me through Enterprise. Gave me a beautiful Tahoe to drive while my car was being fixed, cost me a whopping $1.48!!! Also, I requested an interior detail due to spilling coffee all over my car. Was quoted $89 for interior only, awesome price as it is. However, they went above and beyond and detailed the exterior as well. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this establishment and will never bring my car anywhere else. Thanks Oasis and Lindsay especially.
