Just started a job after a long time looking, got burned on craigslist and really needed a car. Made the MISTAKE of going here, the salesman woudnt even talk price, ended up spending more in payments than I can afford, got a car with no headlights (I somehow I broke) now first time I tried A/C and doesnt work and is going to cost me because I didnt do the regular maintenance, only HAD THE CAR 3 MONTHS but somehow its my fault the A/C doesnt work, I drove over a rock or something?. When I bought it "oh just bring it in well take care of it" they neglected to mention always AT A PRICE just to check. I even got the extended warranty because I needed the car "what a deal" and didnt want any problems, for at least a year. I cant even afford food, but Im making a monthly car payment for a car that every month is going to be in the shop and sweating away the summer because I cant afford to fix the A/C in the car. They threw me out when I started crying and cursing because I couldnt afford it after spending my 1 day off waiting for them to tell me I BROKE THE A/C AND IT WAS GOING TO COST TO REPAIR, RE-CHARGE, ETC. I told them I thought I bought a @#@! working car, but was I ever wrong. STAY AWAY! I should have walked out when I saw the payment and continued looking. now Im stuck. Save yourself!

"Fair" is definitely not a term I would even consider based on my experience at Payless Car Sales. I wish I had read these reviews prior to wasting this beautiful sunny day at their lot. I called early in the day to ensure the car I was interested in from their website was there and available. I called before I got there to let "Bill" know I was on my way. Got there 20 minutes later and was reluctantly shown the vehicle, the priority was definitely on getting the paperwork in. Then after process of financing, credit check, had begun, I was advised I did qualify, but this vehicle was not available-it had been purchased earlier in the day (clearly unbeknownst to anyone who works there...), and was in the process of getting insured. Then the old "bait and switch" kicked in. These people are dishonest and have no morals. Like many other reviews have warned, Buyer Beware. Very glad I did not end up doing business with this dealer. I am concerned that my SS# and other information is at their disposal. Very disappointed. Furthermore, this car has been listed since January 12, 2013; what are the odds that there was a sudden rush on this vehicle just this morning? Do the math, save yourself..... "Clint" will look you square in the eyes and lie to your face.

EXTREMELY SATISFIED CUSTOMER, Ok... Normally I equate Car salesmen to dentists. they are all pains........ but NOT today and NOT this car dealership...I went by to check out a few SUVS I saw on their website " Fords of course " and a sales guy came up to me to help. Now I dont know about you but that drives me crazy, I told the salesman that I was just looking around and I will look for him when i need help..... He said politely I understand, take your time and walked away....I loved the fact that not only did he gave me some space he also gave me all the time i needed without being rushed. Sometime later I finally narrowed it down to this one particular SUV and grabbed that salesman for help. He told me everything I needed to know and more. He was very knowledgeable about this truck, and then gave me some space again to talk it over with my wife. Well when all was said and done I purchased the SUV and I have to say I couldnt of been any happier then I was on that day... Even the salesmen who werent helping me were very friendly and courteous.. I have been telling all I could about my experience there and recommend everyone looking for cars to go there... When my daughter turns 18 I will be right back there for another car... & the free espresso...

Wow, they give new meaning to the term UNTRUSTWORTHY. Buyer beware. First, over half of the cars listed on the website are not on the lot. Second, the prices quoted on the lot are EXTREMELY HIGHER than the prices listed on the website. They quoted me a price $4,000 higher on a Cadillac SRX than what was listed on the website and was willing to go down $2000 and had no record of what was the internet price (They quoted $18500, willing to go down to $16500, checked when I got home, the internet price was $14750 and had a $500 off coupon on the internet, so $14,250) . Third, all of the lower priced cars are "sold" and waiting for the buyer to come in and purchase. They are extremely aggressive and tried to push us in a car we had no interest in, it was so heavy handed that we laughed about it the rest of the day. Luckily we live close by, so it was a pleasant trip to the dealer. But these people are so underhanded, I would suspect that the 3 "5 star" reviews mysteriously closely together were put there by the dealer.

My review is very mixed because buying the car was a pleasant experience and the guys were cool. My truck is great and I love it. Clearly they are so busy trying to make a sale that they dont pay attention to what the customer wants. i waited a month for plates only to find out they transerferred my old plates from my old car when I told them specifically that I wanted new plates and then you tell me it would have cost more money....OKaaay and?? Clearly they knew they dropped the ball and tried to come up with multiple excuses as to why it wasnt done and to top it off didnt want to fix their mistake. I would have been able to eat it if they were not trying to make stupid excuses and try to partronize me as a woman like i didnt know what Im talking about. Ive never had this kind of experience with any car dealer. Well, you live and you learn. Never again will I make the same mistake twice. 1st time shame on you, 2nd time Shame on me!

If I could rate them NO STARS I would! DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED CASH ON THIS PLACE!!!!! ALL THEIR CARS HAVE PROBLEMS AND ALL THEY DO IS MAKE THEM WORSE! THEY WILL PUT USED PARTS IN YOUR CAR THAT ARENT SUPPOSED TO BE THERE BECAUSE THEY CANT FIX ANYTHING PROPERLY. IN THE LONG RUN YOU WILL BE PAYING FOR YOUR CAR TO BE FIXED AT ANOTHER FACILITY AND WILL SPEND SO MUCH MORE MONEY THAN YOU CAN EVER IMAGINE!!! PAYING MONTLY FOR THIS CAR PLUS INSURANCE AND ALL THE REPAIRS IS TOO MUCH AND I WISH I NEVER PURCHASED A VEHICLE FROM THEM!!!! ALSO ONE OF THEIR MECHANICS (WESLEY), YOU WILL SEE WROTE A REVIEW AND RATED THEM FIVE STARS! IM PRETTY SURE ALL OF THE PEOPLE WHO RATED THEM FIVE STARS ARE EMPLOYEES OR FRIENDS!!!THEY ARE A BUNCH OF THIEVES AND LIARS!!!
