WASTED my precious time. they were told the income was $8.50/hr and was new job without first paycheck yet. I come in, spend maybe 40 minutes plus answering a bunch of questions. Salary mentioned again, but reassured, id be able to get a car. Then the finance people come out and tell me i dont make enough and i need $500 down. The first guy was also talking about $320/month payments (as an example). I was paying that for a Porsche before. I wanted something cheap! Now i spent my one day with time for this wasting it for nothing. No apologies were made.

Absolutely horrible. Im sitting at the mechanic that they sent me to, bc they sold us a piece of crap. Another girl who had her vehicle less than a month, from here was also sent to the mechanic. What does that say? Two people in the same day that were sent to the mechanic, that we know of. Who else is having issues? JDs mechanic was supposed to order parts almost two months ago, has been contacted twice and does not return calls. If you can help it, DO NOT come here.

They make every single one of their clients feel like they are NUMBER 1. Never have I met a car dealership that was so tentative to their clients. If honesty, and loyalty are what you are looking for, LOOK NO FURTHER! I am glad to say I am part of the J.D. Byrider family. Wish there was an option for zero or negative stars. This dealership is horrible! The customer service sucks, they take money out of your account with out your permission, accuse you of lying, hang up on you. Just disgusting and despicable. The managers care more about defending their employees than customer satisfaction . STAY CLEAR go to Lomans or something if you had bad credit and need a car.

I am a former employee that was robbed of deals...got my vehicle from them, make payments on time yet they refuse to call me back about the service needed on my vehicle. They charge you at least double what the vehicle is worth but they break down constantly and do not fix them properly if at all. Owner also owns Freehold and Toms River Kia...BEWARE!!! They have had several lawsuits!

management i do not like but aside from that . eric , angela and the rest of the team are always good to me ! it was hard in the past to get in contact with eric the service guy but over time hes gotten great ! i learned to understand he has a lot to take care of but overall hes a great guy as well

Horrible experience, had a car for 2 months and the car engine light came on a week after purchase, engine burned oil, and transmission slipped, they wanted me to pay for a rental car while they took there time with a car that i was paying for. Good luck to those who just purchased from them.

Stay away from these loan sharks . They will sell a crappy car that cost no more than 3 k for 22 K . I will not recommend this place to anyone . Its a rip off and a away to milk money from people that had a credit challenges.
