In Summary, On 12/2 I financed a car with $6500 down cash from dealership. Upon purchasing noticed some issues which Dealership promised to fix. On 12/3 I picked up car and car was clear of 1/3 issues and made more promises regarding the other issues. On 12/22 car starting over heating with engine problems and dealership was contacted then next day. I advised of issue and was told to bring in car for repair after several complaints to the dealership staff. They kept the car for about 3 days. Returned car clear of issue. The following week the car started to have the same initial issue I was told that was completely fixed in addition to electrical issues when raining causing safety concerns. I could not pass inspection on the vehicle so I took it to an authorized proguard warranty shop who had the equipment to hook up the car and I didnt pass because it was deemed 14 out of the 28 diagnostic tests had multiple faults including airbag issues not deploying. The dealership was contacted once more and had the car a total of 9+ days. I kept getting multiple excuses and run around answers from anrepresentative at the dealership. I was eventually told to come pick up the car only to find out nothing was really fixed because the dealership never could fix the car because they did not have the proper equipment even if the are an authorized service repair shop of the after market warranty they sold me. Come to find out the warranty insurance they sold me was never contacted and made of any claims as they said they would be able to get this covered. You would at least think that you have a customer who just spent all this money and we want future business we should do what they can to get the car fixed by working with the warranty company they sold me. Additionally there were registration and title issues from the car they sold me delaying me from receiving plates. I received them 10 days after my temp tag expires. You pay a car note for a car you cant drive and yet no relief from the dealership. I feel this dealership misrespresented the sale of this car and it still can not pass inspection because of the safety and airbag concerns. I feel they have an unqualified mechanic okaying safety on vehicles when they apparently dont have the proper equipment to test vehicles diagnostically as I was told with my situation. I know I was taken advantage of and forced to sign papers with verbal promises. I am not sure of my options from others experience but any help is greatly appreciated. I feel this dealership cant be able to get away with this even though they make us sign paperwork they know customers dont fully understand. No one in their right mind would put $6500 CASH of their hard earned money down on an 18K Vehicle (that price got changed too as I see from other goggle reviews) that would give them so many issues within 30 days. You would think the dealership would care and have customer service. Forget about it.... Im already seeking legal counsel and have filed complaints with BBB , AG office, and consumer protection. ****BUYERS BEWARE OF THIS PLACE. ITS NOT WORTH IT YOUR TIME NOR MONEY. CONSUMERS HAVE TO PROTECT EACH OTHER FROM ESTABLISHMENTS THAT PRACTICE LIKE THIS SINCE THEY WILL NOT. SHADY DEALERSHIP!

I wish I could give this place zero stars honestly. This was the first time I shopped for a car and I have never felt so insulted by a stranger. I went to the dealer looking for an infiniti m45 which they had in Stock. I dont remember the name of the person who I spoke to but he is a liar. He told me the car was fully loaded which it wasnt. The car was missing the DVD system and the heated reclining rear seats which I wanted. He told me that was only in cars specially requested by the customer when it was made. Thats a lie. Infiniti had that as the premium package which it didnt have. I go outside to check out the car and the interior was DISGUSTING. There were tears in the driver seat. All the seats had crumbs in them. The cup holders didnt stay in place and they were so sticky inside and underneath. The center console was full of garbage and crumbs. The backseat storage in the armrest was full of crumbs and glitter and the entire piece was sticky. The rear air vents were broken. I open the hood and none of the engine covers were in place and the cap for one of the fluid containers was missing. I try to open the truck from the back but it didnt work so I had to open it from inside the car. When I opened the trunk I see this big black plastic piece. I ask the guy what it was for and he said he didnt know so I let it go. I checked the rims in the back and theyre scratched the hell up. This is the worst part. I checked the rims in the front and realized I was looking at the front of the engine then I remember the plastic thing in the trunk. I go get it and sure enough it goes in the left front wheel well. I check the right side and that piece is missing too but the salesman doesnt know where it is. How convenient. His answer to the car being dirty is oh Ill clean it just bring it next week. His answer to that other missing wheel well piece and the missing cap was oh Ill order it. He pulls the car out for a test drive and the first thing I noticed was something leaking. Great. Then I test drive the car and he tells me make a right go up 2 block make another right and another and down 2 blocks back to the dealership and thats it. THATS NOT NOT NOT I TEST DRIVE. GOING AROUND THE BLOCK IS NOT A TEST DRIVE. Back at the dealer he tells me the car is 13k. I tell him 10k. I shouldve said 6k honestly. I ask him to show me the the invoice and he disappears for like 20 mins and shows me this bill of sale and it says he paid 16k for the car 9 days ago yet I saw the car on his website over a month ago. Then it confused me because the sticker price on the car is 16k. The best thing that came out of this place was me without that car. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone ever.

I drove about 45 minutes to find that quality is merely a name not a way of business. I arrived to the Linden location and sat with a sales associate very briefly taking just minor information . I came in order to test drive a vehicle that I had seen on their site. I had previously decided that after much research this was the model and make that Id be interested in owning.I emailed and called ahead of time. I did receive promp responses to emails from Harry Brooks . I also received a call with a dollop up email from him as well . I dis not work with him once there. Upon my arrival I informed the associate assigned to me that I would be able to put down 3k on a vehicle of interest. I also informed him that I am test driving and looking to make a purchase as early as next week if I find the right vehicle. Unfortunately, the MDX that I initially was interested in was in the process of being bought. However, I was shown another vehicle that I considered to be an adequate replacement /option, a Q7. The associate literally put me in the vehicle without talking to me about the car thourougly and seemed annoyed that I had questions about the vehicle at all. I requested to test drive the car. Nonetheless, I was told that unless I was purchasing today it wasnt "of value" to their company for me to test drive.Upon hearing that I realized that if customer service was part of my expectation for a car buying experience, which it is, then I was not going to find it at Quality Auto. Therefore, in order not to waste the sales person/ companys time I decided to take my business elsewhere. Needless to say I will not be returning .
