Was purchasing a BMW 535i which looked very clean and well kept in the website ad . When I went into the dealer the interior was dusty , full of cigarette ashes , the paper floot mats were tore apart as if a dog chewed it up. The car needed a full detail which they didnt want to do . One tire was flat and the car needed a oil changed . I was highly interested so I complained and asked if they can service the car before purchasing . They gave me the run around and claimed theyll get around to it , another time they said I have to pay a servicing fee . It was a painful purchasing experience , it took a hour and half just for them to get one thing done whether it was printing out paper work , getting the final bill ready , or getting me the information I need and when I went to check what was taking so long , theyd be off to the side having small talk with other salesmen. I only stuck around because they had a BMW with a rare package at the time. Last but not least they took very long to process my plates , my temp plates expired before getting my new plates and they never called once to warn me or keep me updated with my official plates . I had to call and chase them around to get my plates .

Great service , everybody from the receptionist to the sales rep Pierre, goes out his way to help and try to make the process fun and comfortable(best customer service ever) ,finance manager Russel your great very family oriented and the owner Dean definitely makes you feel comfortable. Its a great environment. Extremely clean place and beautiful showroom.They definitely try to work with your budget and needs. The process was definitely fast and not as long as expected. Thanks Jessie your the best , she definitely is up front and doesnt bs the customer. They make sure the car is serviced, cleaned and anything that needs to be replaced they replace before you take the vehicle home. My son was definitely happy with his 1st Mercedes! Thank you guys !!!

Pierre at East Coast Auto Group was amazing. Buying a car should be fun, not stressful. We took care of business while having a good time, and were treated like we were home. They work hard to make customers happy, keep prices low, and customers leave with a smile. The vehicle, already immaculate, was detailed, shining, and ready for our long drive back. We drove 2 hrs here in Christmas grid lock and we are happy we did. They try to give the best price and negotiate good interest rates with the banking institutions, leaving customers very little to do to make it happen. They even called the insurance company; all I needed to do was confirm my new purchase. No hassle, lots of fun, and vehicles of good quality are what you will receive.

If I could rate 0/0 I most definitely would this was THE Worst experience ever had the car for a month and 2 weeks no permanent plates and every time I called to Pick them up it was always something not to mention they always wanted more documents which they had it all. They didnt want to change the tires of the car I had to contact the bank so they could fix the worn out tires. The handle of the door was broken and they were not making any moves to fix it. This place needs to not have any customers! Because they are not professional enough! And they made a big deal to give me my money back! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! ITS A BIG SCAM!

Worst experience ever. They provided the wrong information about the car online. The day before I was going to purchase the car, they called me and said the car that they had advertised online was a little different than the one I was purchasing. I was still interested; however, they then called me again and said the car was having engine issues and would be taken care of. Not to mention I had already put an amount of money down for them to hold the car. After a week, I never got an update on the car. It took them over a month to refund me my money in which I had to call and remind them to do. Would not recommend!

100% Amazing and highly recommended! Make sure to find for ***Pierre*** He was always at 200% with everything and really responsive. He literally went out of his way to help me with my purchase and his customer service is astounding. The dealership has an astonishing vibe and you will not be disappointed. Bought a car over the phone from 2300miles away, was a true pain in the ass, however Jason did everything in his power with Reggie to make it go as smooth as it could. If not for their help I likely would have said screw it and went elsewhere !im sure I bugged the SH** out of those guys with all my callls! Big thanks to those guys for all the help! If I lived on east coast I would deff visit these guys again!

Our service with Alex was Great. He was thorough and attentive to our needs. However we are still having problems with our Jeep since the drivers side mirror was broken, the front passenger seat doesnt work and our rear passenger door doesnt lock or unlock either. However, Alex is currently working with us to resolve these issues and were greatful as well. Were very satisfied with him.
