So far so good with surroundings. The employees are really nice and (most, not all) really have great knowledge about their products. The owners arent very amendable or flexible on delivery costs and making deals. We had a larger order and wanted to buy a 5,000 buffet and they wouldnt budge on the price. Its nice to feel like people really want to earn your business and its a bit of a slap in the face when they just dont care. On the bright side, the inventory cannot be matched in the place. Super unique, super high end.

I had a great experience at Surroundings furniture. First just walking in the door and seeing their selection of unique, one of a kind furniture was an experience. Then, the employees are so helpful and experienced. I had the opportunity to meet and deal with the owners Christine and David who were also a pleasure to deal with. The items I bought were delivered exactly when promised. I would highly recommend shopping at Surrounding if you are looking for quality furniture and accessories.

pure and simple. they dared to deliver an entirely defective piece of furniture and not stand by their product or customer. disheartening, unethical, and disgraceful.
