What I dont understand is HOW in the WORLD does Office Depot close down? I worked at Office Depot in the Totowa location for a year & a half, such a beautiful & organized store. I came to Staples a few times after leaving Office Depot (to pursue career opportunities). I came to Staples to shop around for a little because Office Depot now is shutting down, the service at Staples is absolutely HORRIFIC!!!!!! They are extremely RUDE, their computers are extremely slow I swiped my credit card to pay for a print out & the computers always froze on me spending my money for no good reason. No one smiles, no one is ever in a good mood at this nasty place. Their items are so limited & their store is trash. They dont give any consideration to customers/clients. Theyre lazy & ignorant. Their store is extremely unorganized, items laying around EVERYWHERE at ALL times that Ive visited this God forsaken place. So how does such a great store like Office Depot close down but not this hell hole? Negative 10 stars for Staples. YOU SUCK.

I wish I could give this place 0 STARS. They dont even deserve any stars. This place sucks so badly. They are so unhelpful, they dont greet you, they dont smile, or give you any good responses, its like you dont even exist. These people look so miserable working there. ALSO THEY MADE ME PAY TO USE SHIPPING TAPE, Office Depot never did that. I really wish Office Depot never went out of business, Staples shouldve went out of business instead. Now Im forced to see these people at Staples with their bi*tchfaces never smiling, greeting, or asking for if we need any help.

I placed an order online 1 week ago,and when I went to pick up the order,they couldnt find it,I was 1 hour at the store waiting for them to find it and its not there.I had to go home and now Im waiting for the person who received the item to call me. What a waste of time! First and last time that I order from this store.

Needed color printing. The person who took care of me told me .69/page plus 30% added to the total for "rush" printing. Im sorry Office Depot went out of business. Wound up going to a UPS store for .49/page with no rush fee. Going to delete my Staples account.

Its holiday time and the printer for holiday post cards is not working. Called them in the morning and they told me that its was gonna be fixed in the afternoon but still a negative answer after waiting the whole day. Disappointing
