This store needs to get it together. It was hotter in the store than it was outside. Apparently the air conditioning wasnt on. But my main issue was that all three self serve computer workstations in the print center were down or not working properly. There was one that WAS working for a short time but the woman on it clearly had no idea what she was doing which added to my frustration. I was there to print two copies and a simple two minute task turned into thirty. Its a long story but after I finally lost it, it was then that the manager and ladies in the print center were helpful. I wasnt charged for my two copies but PLEASE, fix the computers or get working machines. I frequent this location and no exaggeration, every time I go there is something wrong whether its a computer workstation, the fax machine or a copier. PS. I apologize to the employees who had to deal with my wrath. I honestly feel terrible. One particular lady was very helpful and kind to my children and I. I didnt catch her name but she has excellent customer service skills and did a good job of trying to diffuse the situation after I lost it.

The place looks new and appealing but not sure about the management. A bunch of same products were tagged a price and when I whet to the register they were about to charge $5 more. I even showed the picture with the tag and even showed the rep the tag to taking him to the aisle. One manager was fine with matching the price but the senior person refused to match. They wasted my time and couple times walk to the aisle to show the tag and upset me by not honoring the price they posted. I will never go again to this location. I feel like this is cheating. I think they purposely post wrong price and make the customers pay extra at the register when they come to pay.

I was in the store today, a half hour ago, sending a fax. The customer service displayed by the "ENIGMAS" behind the counter was very unprofessional and definitely fell short of everything they "may" have been taught. My nine year old grandson could and would have done a better job. I wanted to advise the staff that two of their machines were down was totally ignored as I was standing at the counter. I advised what I thought was the "WANNA BE MANAGER" and he gave me a look and response, "ok, what are you telling me for or what do you want me to do. Please do a better job of who you hire or least tell them to leave their problems at the door.

THERE IS A UPS LOCATION LOCATED AT 653 WEST EDGAR RD, LINDEN, NJ 07036. THE LOCATION NEVER HAS LABEL ENVELOPES TO SHIP ITEMS. THEY TELL YOU TO USE TAPE AND IF THEY SUPPLY YOU WITH THE TAPE THEY CHARGE YOU FOR USING THE TAPE. I ASKED THEM WHY THEY NEVER HAVE ANY OF THE UPS SUPPLIES AVAILABLE FOR SHIPPING CUSTOMERS AND THE ASSOCIATE SAID THEY COST TOO MUCH AND THEY DONT TO PAY FOR THEM. THAT IT IS CHEAPER TO JUST CHARGE THE CUSTOMER TO USE STAPLES SUPPLIES. THE UPS IS LOCATED IN THE STAPLES STORE

I had placed an order to picked up at the store this was done at 8 am at which time I was told it will b ready within 1 hr. I get there at 11am and my item was not there and they didnt have any at the store the clerk couldnt even find my name . At this point im getting upset out of 3 items I had placed came home with 1 . I wasted my time I could had gone somewhere else or just order on line like I ended doing anyway, Very disappointed Thank you A. Drouet .

They Really need to Fix the Self Fax Machines. Sending a fax takes forever, and its very expensive. $24.00 for 10 pages fax. If the fax number is not in town where store is located, they charge extra money. Make sure to Cancel your Transaction, machines dont cancel your transaction if you forget before you leave. But Staff is very helpful. Especially Jason in copy Center is very patient and Helpful.

Shout out to the Copy Center staff (I mostly go there and rarely the rest of the store). Always helpful and attentive. My prints need to be spotless and these people help to ensure that by attending to an issue as soon as something starts going not right. Great job helping customers, glad to see people who bring the right attitude to work. Please stay that way.

Seriously spend over 20 minutes here to print one piece of paper.. The fac machines are all out of order and there is no help to be found. This is the second time i come to this staples and im just as dissappointed as the first time. Terrible. The management really needs to step it up here.

One of the best Staples Printing & Marketing departments. The staff is great and actually knows what they are talking about. They always make sure you get the best quality materials and finished projects. This is also one of the only Staples around thats opened til 10pm.

The store manager there is very helpful and nice. I had an issue with the copy machine and even though it was after they had closed he helped me and gave me a refund for the bad copies. Great store and staff.

They always come over and ask if you need assistance with a smile. They are so informed and show you how to use their equipment without you feeling out of touch with the latest technologies.

$2.30 per page for self serve faxing should be illegal. And then on top of charging that it takes 1 minute per page to go through. NEVER AGAIN
