We have bought botless shelving from various other vendors with no problems for years. NIS showed a cheaper price so we thought wed give them a try. Placed order online which was paid for immediately, but took three weeks to arrive after multiple delays. We specifically requested economy service shipped on our freight account, but they decided after three weeks they would express it at our expense. When we received the shelving it was woefully inadequate to not collapse. When we called to say we were VERY dissatisfied and needed to get a solution for the shelving and an answer on what happened with the shipping customer service said they would get back to us that day about a return. We didnt hear back for two days. Pitiful service and pitiful quality. I suggest you pay a little more and go with a professional company.

Its a scam. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Kept getting the run-around like all the other reviewers here and and nothing to show for it. Had to cancel my order through my credit card service. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
