I cannot be more pleased with the entire experience from the “Relax The Back”, Cherry Hill, staff. Not only did they hit the delivery time exactly, but they also hauled my old chair (not purchased or a product of “Relax The Back”) free of charge! I wasn’t expecting that! My only regret is I forgot the two gentlemen’s names so I could have sent out a personal shout out to each of them. Very professional, very courteous. Thanks very much, I highly recommend and you can tell them I Lino Gonzalez said so.

The owners and other employees of the Cherry Hill store were very patient and helpful. They try and have a wide variety of products in the store , so you can take them home or have them delivered ASAP to start getting back relief quickly. We have made multiple purchases including foam wedge bed pads, Infrared Heating Pad, a lower end LAFUMA zero gravity chair and a higher end electrical operated zero gravity chair from the Cherry Hill store. A Lifesaver! Second time having back problems, I knew I could rely on the Cherry Hill Relax the Back Store for relief! David was very thoughtful and selected pillows, a back support, and a zero gravity chair that helped me to recover. He arranged for the delivery and followed up with me to make certain I had received exactly what I expected and needed. Excellent store, ordered my chair, received it in the time they told me it would take. They delivered to my home and assembled it. Then showed me how to use it. It feels very comfortable especially with the lumbar support and looks great.
