I had a Fed ex driver knock on My door. As I was opening the door he was walking away.. i thought he was mayb going to his truck to get my package.. As he was walking away he pointed back in my direction.. Well he had left the package on my window sill.. b4 I could tell him dont do that again he had pulled off. I was thinking why would you leave a package on a windowsill when you kno its a main stree for anybody to see and steal it.. two weeks later I assume he did it again, and he did the same thing cuz the package was stolen.. i was watching the email so I cud track the package, but the email was sent to a wrong address.. So i never had a way to track it.. he never left a door tag or any thing.. I hv two trash cans on my patio he cud hv put it in there and left a door tag to indicate that... So stupid.. Fed-ex is the worst company with Lazy Dumb drivers..

I was there this past Saturday, February 11, 2017, I walk in and there is only one other customer. The store clerk was busy, but she did not even greet or acknowledge me when she saw me. The other customer ahead of me told me where to get inline. After waiting 15 minutes when the clerk came over, the customer who was already in line before me graciously said to her help this person 1st because they have been patiently waiting. SMH....these businesses need to learn that customer service means EVERYTHING! If the store clerk is busy when you walk in then they need to acknowledge you and let you know that they will be with you as soon as possible. Not ignore you. I will use another shipping service that is not FedEx.

Holy outrageous fees, Batman! Just a word of warning to anyone thinking about faxing something from FedEx Office. I was charged $17 to fax 6 pages! When I was done faxing and was told the price, I balked. I was told the reason that the charges were so high was because the number I faxed to was "long distance". Long distance? What year is this, 1989? Otherwise its a nice store. Just watch out. They are in another reality when it comes to certain fees!

Sent a 4000 dollar package with iPads in them at this Fedex location my package didnt get received and now marked as lost or stolen and going though insurance. I will never send or do any business at this Fedex location ever again. I send 1000 packages a year and in the past 10 years never got a lost or stolen package till I came to this fedex location also location is not managed properly and lacking so much.

I arrived at 6 oclock, closing time. However, the lady was still nice enough to print out for me what I needed, even though shed closed the cash register. I received my print outs free of charge, and she even offered to give me a bag. Highly recommend this location.

I shipped an item overnight using this store and I was very happy with the service. The gentleman that helped me was very nice and walked me through the process quickly, which I appreciated because I didnt have much time to hang out.

The customer service at this location is horrible. They are rude and disrespectful! FedEx needs to evaluate the customer service representatives at this location. They were completely unwilling to help me with my shipment.

Had to argue with the "LC" over shipping a firearm we have done at 6 other fed ex locations with no problem. There arent many other fedex offices in the area but spare yourself the trip to this one.

It seemed understaffed when I visited last, which led to some pretty long wait times. But the service was incredibly helpful and friendly, so overall it was a nice experience.

Its 2.49 a page to fax out of our area code, so for 17 pages @ 2.49 it was 42.00 to fax to North Jersey, 732 area code, be aware of prices, I think that is incredibly high

1 person working at 6pm on a Friday... stood in line for literally 20 minutes with 1 person in front of me. Very poor service.
