I will never use these guys again. Glad other folks had a good experience with them, because mine was terrible. Although, judging by the fact that all the previous reviews were done within a week period, I suspect they might have had some help. Anyway, I bought a conference table from them which was supposed to come with a center box to go in the large, pre-cut hole in the middle of the table. They "couldnt find it" when I bought the table, but promised to drop it off by the end of the week. A couple weeks went by and I emailed them - same thing, would have it by the end of the week. The rep finally showed up with "the box" - a superglued piece of plastic flashing, not the box they said was included. After hounding the rep, he finally admitted it was something they "invented" in the back of their shop, and promised to deliver the actual box. This happened 2 more times over the course of the next few weeks, with various iterations of homemade contraptions they glued together, and the rep finally admitted they had lost the box and felt that at $200 it was too expensive to replace. Needless to say, I gave up wasting time trying to get them to do the right thing, and will never go back there again.

I worked with Josh at Boomerang on 2 projects. The first time was a very small one - just an extra desk and a chair when my office hired a new person. The chair was normally very expensive - but i got it for 85% off! They had the wood cleaned up on the desk and it looked brand new. From the time i called them and the time i ordered was less than a week. A few weeks later their guys came to deliver it and couldnt have been nicer! The only thing that was kind of a drag was that we had to pay in full up front, but i think that was because it was a small order. About a year later, i started work at another company and we needed about 50 cubicles. I called josh again and he and his team were SO helpful. We got to chose the colors of the used cubicles and they even helped us with some new chairs (not used ones!) A couple small pieces were missing when they delivered it, but a guy came out the next day with them. I guess they just didnt make it on the truck? Either way, we are totally satisfied with boomerang. I will definitely call him again.

Run from these guys. Customer service ....horrible, We ordered cubicles, they never returned our calls, we had a very difficult time reaching and getting responses from our representative, continuously telling us how sorry they were for all the delays. Then they finally came to install and had to rig the walls because they didnt bring the correct items, which, by the way cost a small fortune. Then the installers came back a second time and still did not have the correct items to properly install the cubicles. I finally told them to "just go" . Then the really fun part . apparently they wanted the entire balance of the job paid prior to the installation. Which i thought was absurd. I could only imagine what my experience would have been like if i paid them in full before they installed the furniture. Youve been warned. read the rest of the reviews.
