I wish I could give it zero stars but thats not an option. I visited this store today, in search of a coat for my father for christmas. There were absolutely no sales associates on the floor in the mens section. The two associates I did see stated "oh I dont work in this department youll have to ask someone else" but there was no one else to ask!! I ended up settling for another coat. When I got to the register I expressed my frustration and provided the cashier with the item number I found online and showed her where it said it was available in the store. She was helpful in explaining how I could order the jacket online, if it was available in the size I needed but stated it was not available in the store. I almost walked out of the store without making a purchase due to a lack of customer service. How can you not have additonal staff for the holiday season? Seriously.

Would post zero stars if I could. They are just after your money with no help or brand/company loyalty. They do not care about there customers and are just after making a quick dollar. I bought a $2000 refrigerator two years ago with-in a year and a week owning it, it broke. I called Sears hoping they would help me out and cut me some slack, but I was sadly mistaken. They charged me about $300 to fix my fridge and it was just a week after the warranty expired. Now, a little less than a year later, the same refrigerator is broken in the same spot that was fixed less than a year ago! I think its some kind of factory problem, but Sears doesnt care. They are charging me $150 just for a man to come out and look at it, then I will have to probably pay another $300 for it to be fixed again. They are just out to empty your pockets.

I have been a loyal customer to this store for 30 years. I have had only one bad experience in all these years and the store manager called me and basically told me I was wrong. I may be, but to be treated the way I was is inexcusable. My wife had been working with the store and customer service over an issue with a range top. They say I damaged it, but it sure looks like a defect to me. Then the finger pointing. It the store problem, it a service problem its a manufacture problem...etc. The sales person hung up on my wife, customer service hung up on me and the store manager says it is all my fault. GOODBYE SEARS!

Lands End section is my primary reason for going there and recently it reeked of perfume so bad that I couldnt even browse. Either someone left a horrible trail, the cashier reeked, or someone had broken a bottle of cheap disgusting perfume in the area! Usually it is not like that, so maybe I went on a bad day but it was huge turnoff to shopping there.

For Craftsman Tools this location has never let me down. The minute I get off the escalator theres a sales person asking how they can help me find what I am there for. This location is also open later than the Burlington location. 9PM

Majority of the registers were empty and when I found one with an associate, she was overwhelmed with assisting customers. The sales are worth the trip if youre looking for a bargain on apparel.

This says they are open until 10pm on Sunday and Saturday, but yet they close at 6pm on Sundays & 9pm on Saturday. Thanks for a wasted trip, waste of gas, and late fee on my card.

SEARS quality has plummeted in recent yrs, I wont be surprised when the close all stores permanently.

Had to basically run around the store and beg for an associate to help.
