Difficult to find the quality youd expect from Nordstrom. Rack is basically an expensive Marshalls or TJ Maxx, so its time consuming to look through the disorganization to find what youre looking for. The one staff person I interacted with was less than polite and helpful, and I work retail myself so I dont take work conditions as an excuse for rudeness. However, they have many fashionable items which is no problem for people without particular needs. I was able to spot just a few "true quality" shoe brands, and WAS able to go home with ONE pair of boots I found comfortable and durable, so I count it as a positive overall.

I am an avid Rack shopper! From Texas to Jersey, I shop all things women and girls, from shoes and dresses to make up and accessories! Its a thrill to find a great bargain, and this store is just ok (enough to satisfy an addict lol). In the locations I shopped in Texas I couldnt leave without spending $200 minimum! Here, Im lucky if I find one item Im willing to purchase! I would like to see more casual Maxi Dresses, and dressier blouses in their selection. Think more fun and flirty!

Crime occured while i was there. someone ran in the store and grabbed merchandise and jumped in their car. the area is unsafe as are all route ten shopping centers. They used to have security at the front door then they stopped it? while shopping hold your purse tight. other than that the staff is pretty welcoming and helpful. the shoppers are pleasant. the selection varies but i have found gorgeous things there. i rarely walk out empty handed.

Im a tall man, so they may not have any tall clothes, however if you need shoes, this is the place to go. I have found 15 4E shoes here and have seen up to size 18 shoes for men, at highly discounted prices. I had purchased a pair of Clarkes for 50 bucks, when I know to order them in my size, they are close to 250 dollar shoes. Great store, but could have more selection for men, for women they have a TON of stuff.

Pricey and the sizes werent in the allotted slots I found extra large in the small slot ,theres no where for your kid to sit sometimes we shop with our kids and the get tired. I have shopped there 3 weeks ago got some very nice looking and moderately priced sales item and went back to see if I could get more stuff,the still had the same old sales items..:(

Nordstrom Crap would be a better name. The only brand of mens slacks in the store one recent Saturday was Louis Raphael. Hundreds of pairs and nothing else. Staff is unknowledgeable and useless.

Very friendly staff, Great Clothes at very Competitive prices! Of course, my favorite time is Clear The Rack, when Sale items are an additional 25% off!!! Love it!

It was fine. A bit harried. Nice sports clothing. Too bad there werent other ASICS. Overall nice assortment. Cashiers helped well at register.
