I have been shopping at this store for years. You can always get a good deal of clothes but there customer service really is horrible and is going downhill. The clothing is usually neatly hanged but there is mostly no distinction. Most times its hard to locate clothing by a specific designer unless there a big name and may have there own rack. Good luck getting help on the floor if you need it. My last shopping experience was great until I went to purchase my items. After completing my check out with the cashier and go to exit the alarm goes off. Of course everyone looks at me as if Im a thief and the security guard calls me back. I didnt appreciate this one bit! How does that happen after just leaving the cashier who is supposed to assure that you the security tags are removed or deactivated! I have worked as a cashier in the past so I am a aware that either this cashier was lazy or she left the alarms activated on purpose. The security guard attempted to apologize on behalf of the cashier but I let him know that wasnt acceptable for me and I wanted to make a manager aware. Of course he didnt help with that so I crossed the street to their other location and asked for a manager there. All of the staff looked clueless. The one staff member that tried to assist me with finding a supervisor literally walked me all over both floors of the store and could find no one. I ended the search when I informed her that I would simply submit my complaint online or by phone. However, when I attempted to reach customer service by phone the call literally rang out and their website offered no form for complaints. Clearly Century 21 could careless about a customers experience SMH.

Мне сказали, Вы их использовали и мы не можем их принять, по причине- не сможем их продать. Изделия с браком они не меняют и не возвращают деньги за не качественный товар. Сказали, что бы я обращался в фирму "Lacoste". I bought sports shoes company "Lacoste", three weeks began to diverge at the seams. Went to the store, that would remedy the situation. I told you to use them and we can not accept them, according to reason-we can not sell them. Products with a marriage they do not change and do not return the money for not a quality product. They said that I had contacted the company "Lacoste".

CUSTOMER BEWARE!! Coming furious, angry and upset from Century 21 (Brooklyn location 86 street). I bought bunch of men’s shirts and took them home to get my husband’s opinion what to give for a present. We choose three and the rest of them I took back. The woman from the return department refused to accept one shirt with the argument that it was worn. I know nobody worn it or even try on this shirt because nobody in my house wears size XL. On top - when I made the purchase I nor the cashier noticed that the store tag was attached with stapler and “that one” (from returns) is telling me that they “do not do that”. Yes, but NO. This was the way I purchased it. Now, “that one” is looking down at me like I am a super criminal who wanted to cheat the store and with sadistic pleasure started to circle my receipt gazillion times and marked the tag with red stamp all over. Why? Now I cannot even give this as a present. I was so upset that on next day I took everything I purchased back. You bet, “that one” was there and she told me “If I want to find something wrong, I will”. You cannot argue with idiots, right, so Boo-o-o-for you. Wishing you nothing good. Boo-o-o-o for you too - C21, for allowing merchandise like this to be on selling racks. So, customer be careful when you shop at C21. Pay attention to the tags and the condition of the merchandise because the high quality of the stuff and staff obvious is not there.

I feel the security,staff and manager are all very unprofessional. They do not know how to address situations properly,they speak with a rude tone of voice, can be extremely disrespectful at times. I also feel as if the managers can be racist towards certain nationalities. They become to personal and show nasty facial expressions. The store,the staff have no patience with the customers. I feel that Century 21s clothing is now more for Jew clothing based. They are not considerate Or care for their customers. The new design makes things more hectic to find because now its extremely disorganized. I highly doubt youll have a happy shopping experience,youll find yourself squishing through people not being able to walk around properly,it is very cramped. Their selection in size is horrible they mostly have small you really wouldnt be able to find medium or large. Their childrens clothing is extremely overpriced. They definitely need to fix this place ASAP and have a talk with the staff and get new serious more professional managers. Managers that they have are ghetto have no manners extremely unprofessional and uneducated they need managers that have more business experience, that have more social experience. Extremely disappointed in Century 21 they have the potential to do so much better. They need to add more educated and experienced professional people.

I live, shop and dine in this neighborhood and I always loved it here. I spend thousands dollars in this store and have Gold Card. Untill I went to century 21 store to shop like I always do. At cash register I wanted to pay. Cashier scanned the price of the item before I pay and asked for manager because it was different price on the box. I was escorted with two big guys to the corner and threatened if I wont cooperate,telling me that the sticker is wrong and price was different.They made me feel like I committed a fraud for $2. I was trying to defend myself and leave the store (had to run to work)one of the guys started to waist my time with saying something like where did i find this item and who did it(did what? i could not understand at first what is his problem). Later I realized that he blamed me for changing sticker to steal from his store $2!. He waisted 25 min of my valuable time, making me late for work. After i came back home I called a lawyer. I was insulted and humiliated with such treatment.I feel like I was humiliated and mistreated by cashier, manager and security departament. I will never shop there again and make sure all my coworkers and neighbors know what can happen before they shop there again or let their family go in to this store. Insulting,unprofessional, rude staff and security!!!

I loved this place, but then last year in December I went to buy something with my husbands credit card, and I had Power of Attorney over it, I asked to speak to a supervisor because they werent taking the card, and they told me they didnt care about a legal document! And rudely told me to leave, even though I went to use a debit card, they told me my money was worthless there. So I didnt go back, but this year I went back, this past Wednesday, and they were just as rude! I went to try one something, and they told me that I wasnt allowed to try things on! Now I am a white person, so I didnt see any reason for me to be turned away from any racist reason. But I asked why, and the lady replied "Its just our rule, now leave." I was completely shocked! I turned around told my husband lets leave and I am never going back there. Their customer service is more than lacking, that would be an understatement, and they dont care about a legal documentation of things, makes me wonder if they are running a legit business. I love this place and their selection, but they arent worth being treated like dirt.
