I went to Century 21 Department Store at Sawgrass Mills Mall in Sunrise-FL today. Saw an x-small Nicole Benisti Leather-Trim Down Coat for (from $800 to) $ 139.60 in the Clearance area. Looked for a medium size and could only find 3 coats on x-small with different tags (2 for $ 139.60 and 1 for $ 200-and-something) and 1 small with a $ 399.99 tag price. I asked to one of the #Century21DepartmentStore employees the reason why the same jacket had different prices and she said that "somebody probably forgot to add the new discount tag ($ 139.60) to the price" and that if I wanted to buy it I should bring them both (x-small and small) to the cashier so they could adjust it for me. And even knowing that it wasnt the most perfect size for me (in case I want to wear it with more clothes), I decided to buy it anyway because I loved that coat. At the cashier, Rodrigo (really nice guy) helped me and said he needed to confirm the right price with the manager (Claudia) due to the difference appearing in the stores system. After Claudia checked and rechecked both coats (for about 20 minutes), she then said I could purchase the small size for $ 139.00 because it has the exact same design of the other one. As I was at a "card cashier" and decided to pay in cash on the last minute, we moved to another one in front of the store where I paid for the coat. I checked the size right after I received my bag and as I realized they gave me the x-small coat by mistake, I asked for the small piece...and after awhile I heard that nobody knew where it was. More than 20 minutes later, somebody found the coat and since - AGAIN - it had a different price, they asked me again to wait while they confirmed the price with the manager (Karen this time). Karen said it was a different coat (it wasnt) and I should pay the full price. I explained what happened, she didnt look happy about it (and honestly she didnt seem to care about what a "foreigner" would possibly have to say about their policies or behaviors) and said even knowing the jackets are the same, they have different serial numbers: one came in 2016 and the other in 2017. Karen (not nice at all) and Claudia (felt pretty bad about it, but had to follow Karens orders) argued in front of me and I had to ask for a refund since I wouldnt pay $ 399.99 for that size. Terrible experience and even worst customer service. Ill never go back.

Abierto al publico, muy buenos precios entrada desde el interior del sawgrassmill y si viene en auto puede entrar por la red snapper Rd, directo por el parqueadero, hasta la entrada exterior de C21department store. C21 os pone now, entrance from the interior of the sawgrassmill and if you come by car you can enter by the red snapper Rd, direct by the parking, to the outside entrance of C21department store

La mejor tienda de retail del mall que encontré luego de años, ordenado,buena atención, todas las marcas de diseñadores incluso a mejores precios que en las exclusivas de dicha marca. Cada vez es más insufrible ir al Swagrass ,el resto de los locales o gran parte de ellos , uno se escapa por el caos. Bien por Century 21.

Im kinda of not sure what to think of this store. Its like a high class Wal-Mart. They sell very high end purses, clothing, and there is also a M.A.C. inside. But my biggest problem is the staff its just odd to me. I dont see this store being there for to long.

Best prices on designer fashion brands. Almost unreal. Tech section needs some love. Sharper Image is not a designer brand. More like it belongs in Marshalls or TJ Maxx.
