They are the best store in town. the most respected store in town. Everybody there is so very nice to you the people in the pharmacy. I love they are very very kind to me the girls at work behind the prescription desk where you pick up your medicine. Not only that they are very beautiful looking girls to. I have never not nicer people in the store like Costco they do their job exactly right. Save the man respect when it comes to taking care of their customers my God what would we do if they took away our Costco in Eureka California this town would be lost. I am a total disabled gentleman and they treat me like the king most the time and I thank them from the bottom of my heart how sweet them girls are and the whole staff of that store. So keep the great work up like you have always. And all Ive got to say is thank you.

What is it with this place that no matter where you come here in Eureka the customer service and the lack of customer curdosy is literally in every corner? Of all places COSTCO??? The place that is supposed to be dependable and quick and almost fun to shop at? Why is it that EVERY SINGLE TIME I come here the workers ARE SLOW usually talking amongst their co-workers not even engaging with the guests. Like is that part of the training to use sarcastic tones and essentially disrespectful encounters with the guests and members? I HATE coming to Costco and if it was THIS OR SAMS CLUB I WOULD GO WITH SAMS. too bad they arent on this coast. THIS LOCATION SUCKS

Country Hicks

there was this guy in a orange hat following us down every store aisle and stalking us staring us down etc, eventually we confronted him and said why you following us. he said I work here this is my house bit€h. . So we went to the front desk to tell the manager there was a person stalking us saying he worked there, when I pointed him out to the manager the manager started acting strangely himself. then I figured out the dude was a snitch for the store so watch out for Costco they are starting to treat just anyone like a common thief. When they are the ones working for the corporations who are ruining America

Excellent location and typical of any Costco you might happen across. Very clean, well organized, and happy staff. Everyone is quick and seems to really enjoy what they do. Doesnt get 5 stars only because they dont sell diesel at this location, and they dont carry their typical dairy stock like youd find in every other Costco (not a fan of the oddball milk containers -- and the lack of a walk-in freezer section for dairy is something non-typical of your average Costco). If you arent concerned with either of those, then youll likely find this to be a 5-star Costco.

Costco has a really nice selection and rotation of items, as well as continuing to make quality dog food that we are able to get in bulk to feed our pack of 4 at home. With two Saint Bernards, it is a really nice change to see a business constantly have their decently healthy dog food in stock for how much they wolf down. Also- prices on certain meats like boneless Chicken Breasts are damn near unbeatable.

One of our weekly stops for grocerys , always a good deal for bulk, friendly enough people, and quick through the checkout. Customer service is great if you have a reciept issue or lose your card . My only complaint is they bring in products that are bread and butter products for smaller local businesses, patagonia, traeger, carhartt just to name a few.

Margie I believe thats her name was super rude. We were unclear about a Costco policy we understood after she explained it the first time she didnt have to explain it 10 more times. Gave my little sister a panic attack. Very unpleased! Thank God we didnt have to take her to the hospital!

Great selection of products and had plenty of cashiers for minimal wait when we were done shopping! Has a gas station located on the property. The location is about a block off Highway 101, so directions may be needed if your unfamiliar with the area!

Same old dependable Costco. Staff is like all other Costco staff. Not as many people go here as other Costcos Ive been to. Same selection, same great prices, clean and large. Lots of homeless in parking lot though each and every day.

Very nice Costco. Tucked away from the 101, but easy to get back on. The food court is smaller than ones Ive seen elsewhere, but its not tremendously busy. Gas lines are quick. Lots of parking, and RV/trailer parking along the street.

Very busy. Free samples. Requires membership. If you have a large household or find something you really like, its worth it. Otherwise, the bulk quantities arent a good fit for smaller households. Cheap gas, but usually a line.

Easy to get to Costco about a block away from Hwy 101 as you enter Eureka from the south. Quick gas fill up and appears to be a nice Costco for routine shopping. Have to admit, we came here twice for a gas fill up and that was it.

Its a Costco, what can I say? I think many people rate it low because they want to support local businesses. For the quality of products and value this place is 5 star for Humboldt Co. Absolutely the place to come for gas.

It is the only Costco we have in the area and it does have good deals on food furniture and electronics and other items the employees are friendly and its a nice place to shop

They have had station. Samples to try and a little deli for Quick yummy food. Good prices on bulk sized food and good Prices for home items. I love all Costcos

Visits are usually slow as there are people crowding the place but there are a lot of great things in the store. I would recommend.
