To Whom It May Concern, Today, I attended a fashion show at a Century 21 department store in Rego Park. My friend’s three-year old daughter and four-year old sister participated in the fashion show, modeling the new spring fashions soon to be offered in the store. We arrived to an hour delay, for which we were not given a reason. At 1:20, twenty minutes after the show was supposed to have started, we were ushered upstairs, passed the fitting room, to the Human Resource room. The boys and girls participating in the show were handed their clothes, and their guardians were informed the H.R. room was where all the children participating in the show would be changing. The parents were also instructed to leave the price tags on the clothes, even after being told the children would be able to keep them. After the children were done changing we were brought back to the red carpet where the fashion show was to be held. The crowd consisted mainly of Century 21 employees, who seemed to be given priority placement over the parents of the children who were in the show. The crowd consisted mainly of Century 21 employees who, even after placing themselves in front of everyone else, did not give way to the parents who wanted to take pictures of their children on the red carpet. The lack of organization and respect we were presented with was completely outrageous. After the fashion show ended, the parents were given time to take pictures of their children. However, we were rushed back to the fitting rooms for the children to return the clothes they modeled. The children were offered nothing for their participation in the show, but a bag of individualized candies. I was completely outraged by this. The children had their pictures taken by a professional photographer, hired by the Century 21 store. The pictures were to be used “in-house,” however, no release was signed. The children, ultimately, were exploited. The question arises now, would the store have gotten away with this had the children been teenagers, or even adults? The misuse of these children as models is what I am most upset by. Why were the names and ages of the children taken by the employees, yet the parents given no legal documents to sign granting the release of this information? Are these the principals that Century 21 employees pride themselves on?

I was here at 9:30 ,then the security guard he told me : Closed! I showed him: the Google map shows it will close at 10pm, I just wanna buy a scarf and 10 mins enough . its so coold outside . But he didnt let me go inside . He told me all cashier finished work ! Then I stood outside and saw if he told me the truth . Its until 10:01 pm, there were still some customers inside! If cashier all finished work, why customer still there!? Are they sleeping inside?

They had a big selection of collar shirts for men in the suit Department. But the asshule that was there gave me the wrong measurement on my neck. So I spent 4 hours shopping. Now Im going to have to go back. Because my neck is a 19 he told me 18 and a half because thats the size that they had. The guy in the suit Department wasnt wearing his name tag and acted like he was a customer. He was wearing a suit and tie. On the 3rd floor.

I went there to get a suit last minute with very little knowledge of buying suits. I walked out the store a couple hours later with a suit that I wore the next day to an interview for a job I have at the present moment. The employees were very helpful and the in-house tailor stayed a little late to hem the pants. I was very happy. The variety of quality merchandise for reasonable prices at Century 21 Rego Park is much appreciated by me.

By far the cleanest and easiest Century 21 Ive been to. I love shopping here because I find something new every time I come here, whether for my son or myself. The inventory is rotated pretty frequently which is to be expected, but not with crusty looking clothes like some other discount stores tend to have which I appreciate. The lines do tend to get very long, but they do make sure to have plenty of cashiers which helps a lot.

It is a great store, smaller than one in Manhattan or Long Island, but it still has all the goods. However, I would expect a better customer service...even the managers are rude and disrespectrful. It is such a shame that we spend money and have to deal with these kind of people who care only about themselves. Thank you, Ms. Carter...(((( I will go to the store in Long Island next time.

Outlet prácticamente todo el año, ropa de temporadas pasadas muy bien de precio, tanto relojes como zapatos. La única pega es que si no hay de tu talla no podrás comprarlos.

This C21 has a good selection of clothing and accessories for everyone, although its smaller than the one next the World Trade Center. Its definitely not as crowded as the original one either, so youre more likely to find the size or style youre looking for. Youll have the same deals and great prices with less hassle.

Very cheap prices and quality of clothing. Depending upon what you are looking for, it might be a good place to go shopping. The summer clothes, which I wear less of, are a good deal. The items on sale are a good price. The employees were not very helpful but I prefer to browse myself. So I was content to do so.

Its not as big as the one in lower Manhattan but its great for a Queens location. They have a little bit of everything just like the Manhattan store does but their variety can be limited depending on what youre looking for (shoes were very limited). Their cashier lines were fairly good moving as well.

Love C21. They carry some quality items, you just need to be patient. For me, this is a store I come to with no prior plans to buy a specific item. I just come here and looking around until something is calling my name from the shelf lol Just be patient, you will find great things.

This Century 21 might not be as big as the one in the lower of NYC, but it also not as packed as the one in Manhattan so it is a good location for you if you want to avoid the lines and the many people who behave as if things are giving for free. My preferred century

Cant live without it! Great place for purses, shoes, and european designs. I find bargains. I have never walked out of there empty handed... The queens store is much more organized than the older Manhattan store. Also, line to fitting rooms are not too bad.

Can and should offer better customers service. How is it possible that to pay and leave took almost as long as it took us to shop? It wasnt the rush hour, so there is no reason why there will be so many shoppers waiting to pay and not enough open cashiers.

The worth store I ever have been, nasty staff when it comes to return. The manager of leggings department was very racist and so unhelpful , he claimed that he is the general manager of the store which is totally false.i will never ever shop there again

First time in a C21 and wow its great. Its like a posher TJ Max. Large selection of brand goods. Some stuff is ghastly and I can see why it got passed to C21 but there are some bargains. Staff where helpful when I was trying to find a suit in my size.
