Employees have stolen my childrens jackets and it took time to return them back! I my wife and my children went shopping to this store Nov 12. We spent 3 hours selecting the items. And having the cart full of purchases, we finally went to shoes department. And what do you think? I left the cart unattended for one minute and it was sufficient for employee to take my cart away (along with my purchases and my kids jackets). As I realize by personnel behavior, this it the official policy of this store. They think they can grab customers belongings as they want to. And also, they do not appreciate the time spent by customers selecting appropriate goods. As I spent one more hour of retrieval I finally got my belongings back. No apology. No regrets. They do not even realize, that taking other peoples things is a crime. We had nor time nor strength to start over our shopping. And honestly we dont want to be in this store anymore.

This store offers a wide variety of designer clothing, accessories and cosmetic items at discounted prices. If you are looking for a good buy on designer clothes this store is for you. The check out lines are always long but seem to move pretty quickly on most days. You can find some of these things online at other stores when there is a sale or clearance and get items at a better price. But if you dont need to have the lowest possible price than you will save significantly at this store. The store is has handicapped parking and is handicapped accesible. Fitting rooms are many but on the small side.

Like this store, with one exception. Every sheet set ever bought here was a disaster. Had far too many bad experiences to ever consider buying bedding here ever again. The last debacle cost us over $100 in sheets that shrunk to half the size when washed. The packaging is gone, so we are stuck with them. The 2 sets before were obviously used and missing stitching. Be careful of buying those nice looking sheets sets, most are terrible quality, considering the reasonably high cost. Very disappointed with this situation, but had good experiences buying everything else here!

I went to Brendles to get some breakfast went to my car I arrived at 930, the stores around open at 10 - did not wait in my car, so I decided to pick up ppw across the street, I got back in no more than 20 , and realized my car was gone, i flagged down the tow truck employee- to get my car back, End of story- wanting to shop cost me more money than I would have spent in the stores, great scam huh. I t cost $154.00 to get my car back,. I am not patronizing that place again. And I live a few blocks away too. I will tell everyone I know.

I had the greatest experience at this location. I was frantically trying to find a dress for an engagement party. I had found a dress in this store earlier in the day but left it thinking I would find something elsewhere. I went back in the evening and was devastated thinking it was gone. The staff helped me scour the store in search of it. And they even took down my information in the event we didnt find it that night. Luckily we found it. I was so impressed by the staff there, they really went above and beyond to help.

Place is an absolute mess sometimes. Me and my wife watched an employee who was laying out new purses on a rack, Im assuming theyre expensive just because they were near alot of designer clothes.. This employee sneezed on the purses he was laying out and proceeded to curse and yell randomly. I wouldnt recommend shopping here, especially with their prices and how they treat their store overall, its a complete mess with clothing on the floor, shoes out of place. Not worth your money.

Dobry punkt do wypadu na zakupy z NYC. Wiadomo, że NJ ma niższe podatki ale tu jest duży wybór i szybko można dojechać. Obsługa miła, czysto. Czasem dłuższe kolejki, ale i tak krótsze niż na Manhattanie.

I once worked at Century 21 for nearly two years. We had to promote Eddie Gindi (co-owner) song/ CD to the customer to buy it. Rico The store manager at the time told all the employees: "that todays a revolving door policy. If an employee doesn’t offer a store rewards card and Eddie Gindi song that employee will be terminated". I shortly resigned for position. Century 21 has great product and prices, but the way employees are unfair. -

The customer service here is nonexistent. Every single cashier woman is slow and incompetent. it takes them forever to ring someone up, fold clothes, even open a bag to put the clothes away. Its painful watching them. Sometimes theres a huge line but they are busy chitchat ting and gossping about the previous customer they just had! Its frustrating to watch. The hiring manager needs to reevaluate the type of people he/she is hiring.

Cant find a better place to shop in the NY area. Started shopping at C21 when I was a young punk starting out on Wall St. in the early 80s. The original store was a tiny place across the street from the WTC. Ive bought many o suits here - Versace, Dolce & Gabbana, DKNY. Cant go wrong for womens clothes. Many of the birthday, anniversary and Christmas shopping for my wife done here.

Terrible customer service. the suit I tried to buy had been mismatched with a different sized pants. I didnt notice that and when I tried to purchase it the manager was extremely rude and called me a liar. She refused to accommodate me and ignored my questions as to how it happened. She walked away as I was talking to her.

Great selection and prices. You can find almost anything here. Lots of well known designer brands and also some overseas brands that offer exceptional quality. Nice comfortable lounge you can relax with soft sofas and TVs while the Mrs. shops. Not 5 stars because the lines to checkout are extremely slow and long.

Offers a lot of selection for designer brands for cheap. Usually pretty busy but the sales are always good. The shoe and bag departments always have good deals and pretty good variety. Both men and women clothing departments usually offer good selection although sometimes messy. Staff is helpful.

Excellent customer service! Loved this store great clothes and prices but love it even more after todays experience. Lost my bag with money and phone. Farriah from womens department returned it. She tried looking for me in the store. Super honest and sweet employee. Thank you so much!

My wife and I were able to shop for many different things and find value at C21 however if you are planning to purchase something near closing time you may have to wait a long time to check out. I went on line by myself and waited 20 minutes to get to a register to pay.

A huge selection of clothing and accessories. Some housewares, bedding, towels, furniture, and other stuff in the basement. The prices used to be better but the selection for luxury European brands cant be beat. The staff has never been friendly.

I could not understand why one of the entrance doors to the store was locked and you had to go all the way around the building to get into the store. Shoes have security tags on them and you are no longer able to try on the shoes.
