Bought a car battery from these bums years ago... was still under warranty to get a replacement.. mgr then tells me I have to pay for a new one...How can that be if Im still under warranty?! Sears has a bunch of incompetent workers here!! They have no idea what they are doing... Guess what? I stopped doing business with Sears 14 years ago! Since 2003... Stopped buying their tools & sneakers... Wow! 1.7 reviews ?! No wonder Sears suck... All other Sears outlet I never shop at... Go to stores like Walmart, home depot, on tools & such...A customer my dad & I talked to waited to have a new tire installed on his car for 2 hrs... Come on! 2 hrs to install a tire?! When it takes 5 to 10 mins to do the job.. what sears does to u to treat u like crap in return... U people should stop shopping there & put them out of business Permanently! I stood by my word I was never buying a Sears battery for any of my cars & I meant it!!!

Why are you not allowed to make a return at any point of sale? Is it standard operating procedure to inform the customer that they must return the item at the appropriate department, because "youre tired of getting yelled at." And no, I was not trying to return a washing machine at the kids shoe counter. It was sneakers in the womens department. It was also my first point of sale I encountered upon entering the store. The guy in the shoe department was nice. A little cold in personality, but he was being harassed by another customer. No excuse for the employee in the womens department. First and last visit.

I normally dont shop at this location due to the LACK of customer service, but placed an online order for store pick-up. Should be simple enough... or so I thought! I was transferred to 4 different departments on the first call, then when I finally got merchandise pick-up spoke to 3 people who all put me on hold. Last caller had me hold for 15 mins. before I hung up and tried again only to be sent to wrong dept then transferred to be placed on hold again to receive a dial tone. Never shopping this location again!

I went in to take back my 2.5 year old, $500 Kenmore vacuum. This is my third in 7 years, and like the other... broken!. I told the manager that I have purchased all of my appliances from Sears Livingston, and all of my vacuums. I asked for a replacement for this third broken vacuum. All I got was "No" and "Its our policy!" Well, thats easy. I have a policy too... I dont buy from companies who dont stand behind their products.

Dont waste your time coming to this place. Ive been waiting for almost four hours for an oil change and fuel system cleaning. Ive been watching through the window where repairs are done and no one has been working on my car for long periods of time. Ive been watching the technician take breaks to chit chat. I only come to NJ once every two months so my time is precious. Im never going to Sears again.

Horrible delivery co. Was hired by sears,broke my light on the ceiling, filed a claim never got a call like I was promised more than one time. Couldnt even say sorry ,just walked away. Was told 0 % interest for 12 months if I get a sears card which turned out to be a Mastercard, got the first statement it wasnt on there,shocking huh !!

Simply awful. Bought an over-the-oven microwave. They tried to charge me $30 above the listed price, didnt call me to pick it up when it arrived in the store, and then when it didnt work, it took three or four tries to painfully navigate through their worthless phone system. Ill never shop there again.

Worst. Ordered online. Was told item was in stock, drove an hour to get it. Not there. Asked a woman to help me in store but couldnt. Talked to another man, and he told me to listen up while he talked to me. Cancelled order. Never ordering from Sears online.

Auto center. Worst customer service in America. Woman at front did everything she could to ignore me and then said she would not check the status of my car.. note, they quoted 2 hrs and this was after 3.4 hours. Do not go here.
