My rating... negative infinity stars. I will no longer shop at this Nordstrom or any other. I went in today to pick up an online order. The girl behind the counter was very nice and helped me right away. Kudos to her. While waiting I decided to look at the watches nearby and considered buying one. Ive been eyeing a particular Michael Kors watch for a few weeks now and was about to buy it on impulse. That is until another woman joined the girl behind the counter a few minutes later. After staring at me for a while, she asked if I needed help. The girl behind the counter informed her that she was helping me already. Less than five minutes later, the older women came from behind the counter to watch me and ask AGAIN, for the second time if I needed help. WTF. Her co-worker just told her I was waiting for my order so why the hell was she questioning me AGAIN??? HMMMMMMM. Please teach your employees to process from the top down, not from the bottom up. Luckily Macys had the same watch I wanted. ;) Disgruntled, frustrated, FORMER Nordstrom shopper.

People writing reviews "its expensive" what the hell do you expect its a high end department store you get what you pay for its not Kmart. I love this store always somebody available to help and the girls at the MAC cosmetics counter are so friendly.

Altough a little bit expensive for my taste, but it worth it, the clothes in there are really good and the coats section is definatelly your place when the winter is.coming

This location does not carry higher end perfumes that other Nordstroms do. I was a little disappointed, but my own fault, should have checked online first.
