Really no star would b better but... anyway I bought a pair of shoes from Nordstrom I sat down 4 a min got up 4got the bag I came Back a sec later it was gone. I asked the customer service and they where like oh there is nothing we can do. EXTREMLY curt and not helpful at all dude there r cameras all over the store. they where like nope we cant do anything if someone returns it will give u a call like thats gonna help...

I dont like the idea of not being helped and someone getting commission if I buy anything. Im always helping myself when I shop there... which is ok because I dont usually need help, but when I need shoes Id like someone to pay attention. If I could get them from the stockroom, I would.

Had a me visit today to my Favorite place, Nordstroms! Had a delightful make over @ The Clinique counter. After I went to the Cafe and enjoyed A refreshing Pharo salad Consisting of grilled Salomon Spinach, carrots, corn, and Risotto. The cafe was cool, Immaculate and inviting.

Always very nice service and employees. Food at both café and espresso bar are very good. Glad they pulled Trump products off their shelves several months ago. One of my favorite stores.

Nice selection of clothing and accessories, and friendly helpful staff. This location is well lit and easily accessed. And their ladies bathroom is wonderful (great for nursing moms!).
