Teller left bags on her side of that extremely impractical for more than this reason turnstile. I realized this soon as I got home and literally had call store 17 times with the phone system cutting the call off at about 30 rings each time until FINALLY on the eighth time an associate decided to pick up to ONLY put me on hold for 27minutes!!! Until it was clear she had NO intention of ever getting back on the line! Now insulted and disrespected beyond belief I finally hung up and started the whole calling regent again just to after another three 30 ring unanswered calls have the phone simply removed from the hook after the third ring of the 4th ring. I have been spending a small fortune in that store every week, minimum $800. Per month. Considering you average $50. per household in this area, I because my sister just finished a marketing analysis for her employer which your corporation hires to do such things. She works in Manhattan but lives up here in the Poukeepsie-Up to Kingston area. I have never been treated more poorly from the intial cashier to trying to reach the store to ask what was the simplest of questions.

FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS STORE!!! On December 10th,we picked up a ride on F-150 truck for our grandchildren for Christmas. I had ordered it online with the option to pick it up in Napanoch which is close to my home. The following Thursday, December 17th my husband was finishing putting it together only to find the back axle and wheel case broken! We were pretty upset but called the store to see what our options were. Chris, the CSM (customer service manager) was so helpful and understanding. We didnt have the original receipt but they found the transaction electronically and we were able to do an even exchange. He even told us that they could assemble it for free by Christmas! I cant say enough good things about Chris - he went above and beyond for us! What I thought was going to be a disaster turned out great! Thanks so much Chris and Walmart!

The store itself is great. Its the best WalMart that I have visited. The inventory usually fills the shelves unlike many other WalMarts that are often out, and the regular staff is mostly wonderful. The pleasant natural solar lighting system is fantastic. However, the store pickup of online purchases is a joke. It took a reasonable 3 days for an item to travel 1000mi from the Dickson, TN warehouse to Napanoch WalMart, but 4 days later, it is still sitting somewhere in Napanoch receiving, Despite my queries, I have yet to receive a pickup notice. Store pickup is an advantageous asset that Amazon lacks, but it is wasted by poor logistical implementation.

When I was finished shopping I went to cash out. The cashier was extremely nice, but extremely distracted. She ended up double charging me because of how distracted she was. I went back up to her when I noticed and I told her she double charged me and she insisted she didnt. She then told me to wait on the customer service line when she understood what I meant. I went on the line where there was at least 6 or 7 people. It took 30 minutes for me to get my money back.

The ladies tried to help but didnt know an Answer to my Question so they called a manager but he didnt have time To answer a simple question. He had to leave. Asked another gentleman for help and he was sort or sarcastic and didnt help directed me Towards a machine which was old and. Outdated so basically a machine helped me. That old have broken machine was more helpful then half the staff I dealt with.

I will not shop there anymore. As a NYS Corrections officer,I was told I could not buy handgun ammunition on my shield. As a Peace officer in the State of NY, I AM allowed. Today,Walmart said no,AFTER I have bought handgun ammo on numerous occasions in the last two years. I encourage ANY Law Enforcement Officer to shop elsewhere unless they change this ludicrous policy.

First time ever in this Walmart. I needed only a few things. Most of which they didnt have. They have no swimming pool chemicals what so ever. Theyre entire refrigeration system was down. Their was no cheese, no milk, no coffee cream, no packaged lunch meat in the place. There was very little produce. Ill never go back.

I am so happy they put a Wal-Mart here. It is not packed with people like Middletown or Newburgh and the people are friendly here. Great location for Wal-Mart. Clean store and friendly staff and that sometimes these two things give Wal-Mart a bad name. I am Very Happy with this store!

Staff (when you can find them) are generally very helpful. This is a great Walmart for being small. The store is also always clean. The aisles are nice and wide and easy to maneuver it (very little clutter). The produce doesnt always look the best.

Napanoch Walmart rocks! The store and its employees are a pleasure. Store is well stocked and clean. Employees are always helpful. (There isnt another Walmart I can say this about ... And I have a choice of 2 others in my area)

Its not a super walmart but its fine. Clean, nice employees, decent stock. just during the summer months certain long coated clientele make a mess of the place, have no manners towards others. But its not Wal-Marts fault.

This is the only Wal-Mart Ill go to. Ive got 4 within 20 mins of my house. Its cleaner, staff is friendlier and they have just about everything I need. Their clothing section isnt the best, for kids or adults.

This is one of the best Wal-Marts they have water and items you need actually in stock. Its cleaner and there are people on floor to help ..And they have a gluten free section which is why I go to this one.

Its huge and you can find almost anything youre looking for. Its surprising to me because its not located in a heavily populated area, but still has a great variety of goods. Service is good too.

This Walmart is smaller than nearby Walmarts, so it doesnt have as large a selection of merchandisr, however, I often find different style clothing here that is not available in the others.

Personally wont be going there for groceries. Multiple times bread has gone bad within 2 days. Same with milk. I will personally ally do most of my food shopping at shoprite from now on.

Its a store I dont feel like I should have to say anything more than its Wal-Mart and it sucks but its a cheap place to buy your groceries so get what you came for and leave.

Were all the business they got there and all the registers they hardly have any registers open at all and you have to wait a very long time just to get out of the store

Walmart is Walmart. There is nothing to really complain about here. MY favorite section will always be electronics, but I find basically anything I need here.
