The lady interviewing me was so rude, I couldnt believe it! (i remember her name but I am not saying it on this review) I changed my whole perspective on Target knowing someone that bland and careless was a manager! Also, may I add, that the lady who was supposed to interview me that day wasnt even there that day, so they told this lady to interview me. She confused me with a different person and then we discovered she had the wrong papers and had lost all of my papers. So she asked me for all my hours again on the spot and said: "Just by looking at your hours I dont think you will get the job", how rude! This made my heart drop, as she said this BEFORE even starting the interview! So rude and unprofessional Target, you should review your managers as they are the people young workers look up to!!

I have to agree with all the bad reviews regarding the poorly trained employees that work at this location. I love Target as a company and Ive been a loyal customer for years! But this particular Target is one of the worst Ive been to. Too many people who work there have little knowledge about retail practices, are inexperienced, and havent been properly trained to do their jobs correctly. Furthermore, the customer service is significantly lacking. They just dont care about their customers or their performance. I will only continue to go there in a pinch if I need something that the other locations dont have in stock. Id highly recommend going to the other Targets in the surrounding areas instead, if you want a better shopping experience.

This store doesn't deserve even a star. Worst Cashiers! And CSM's... very bad customer service.. Rude and not trained properly.. Cashiers should be trained properly with current promos and ads. Had a complain and advise the Customer Service Manager about my purchase. She just ignore what I was saying and let her cashier nag at me, and even said he was right .. gees! And when she checked my receipt, she had to refund me $$$. Shows that the Male cashier didn't do his job properly.. I will never go back to this store!

This store is a very mean store comparing to all other target stores I have been to. The cashier is not experienced and professional. The store manager Joe is especially very rude, showing no respect to the customer, and just refuse to allow me to use manufacture rebate checks with no valid reason! Cant imagine how target would allow this type of person with such a poor manner to be a store manager. This store just lacks of customer service and makes my shopping experience with target terrible.

ONE employee at the Guest Relations counter was NOT helpful at all BUT a specific store manager came through for me in a big way when I asked to speak with any store manager at that location. That store manager really appreciated the feedback I supplied following an extremely disappointing experience at Guest Relations. I honestly do feel Target really does appreciate the feedback from customers - positive AND negative - to learn how they are doing and how they can improve!

Just came here to return an item and the customer service rep here was extremely rude. She slammed the computer around at us and also slammed down the scanner on top of the counter. I called to speak to a manager and it did not seem like he cared how the employees acted towards the customers.

I feel like I am at Target every other day, and since I pass this one on the way to and from work, this is the one I end up going to. It is convenient, clean, well stocked, and typically well staffed at checkout.

Im not sure if every Target is like this, but the cell phone service is horrible in the store! Other than that it is a typical Target. Not my favorite, The starbucks is nice

The location is an easy off and on highway US-1 N. The staff is friendly and the store is clean. There is a good selection of stores nearby and parking is hassle free.

Very nice, clean Target. Huge parking lot, with easy access from US-1. Also, theres Dunkin Donuts and Best Buy on that same plaza.
