A mixed review. The flowers I ordered for my fathers funeral, in November 2014, were beautiful. However, I had a problem with an order, an older aunt from out of town ordered. Since she could not attend the funeral, due to poor health, she called in an order for a standing tribute, and was charged on her credit card (I saw the statement). The flowers were not there. I did not have a card for this arrangement, to write a thank you. I called the owner of The Secret Garden. He went through the slips and said no flowers were ordered. My aunt called and he assured her they were there, despite telling me the opposite. I went back and watched him go through every order slip for November and early December, and he said there was no order. I played him the voice mail my aunt left detailing the transaction, where she says she even talked to him, and he shook his head like it did not ring a bell. I left her phone number, and my phone number, and asked him to get back to me when he checked his credit card transactions. He never did. I believe my aunt was charged $142.75 for flowers never delivered. Sloppy or unscrupulous, I cant decide. Out of town buyers beware!

I ordered Mothers Day flowers through Telaflora online on 5/10/17. This local company The Secret Garden had the order to deliver by Sat 5/13/17. I got an email confirming it was "hand delivered" on the 13th. It was a lie. My Mother told me she was there waiting Saturday and Sunday-- they never delivered anything. After complaining and trying to get a refund they suddenly delivered them today 5/17/17 --Wed -- 4 days after they were supposed be delivered! So I dont get the refund...nice move. The delivery person took the flowers over to a neighbor because she wasnt there. Well, my Mom waited all day Saturday and On Mothers Day for them....she didnt expect them to come today!! If I could give a negative star I would. Unbelievable. Did you really think you would get away with taking my money for no flowers? I guess you did still screw me over anyway didnt you? I hope no one uses your business . You cant be trusted. I never got a phone call or email other than saying it was delivered when it wasnt. I am disgusted and I will take this to Facebook too. I have family and friends in your area and they will hear about this.

We have used this florist many years to send baskets and flowers from our business. We have always had great service and excellent prices. We get rave reviews and big thank yous from the recipients. I have also used them to send flowers for several funerals. They always know how to tailor appropriate and personalized arrangements. I am about to use them again this week.

This place had one job and couldnt do it! They totally forgot the flowers for my sisters wedding!!! Their excuse was that it was close to valentines day and they just forgot! Really! You didnt forget to take her money!! Horrible place. You delayed her wedding by almost an hour.
