This was the worst edible arrangement experience that I have ever had, I placed an order two week before Valentines Day for my wife to be delivered as a suprise. The day of Valentines Day I told my wife if the door bell rings to answer the door. Around three PM my wife called me and said nothing has come yet. So I called the store to ask what was going on. They said that they had just made up the arrangement and it will deffinatly be there by 5 PM. 5PM came and went and no arrangement. I told them that we have dinner plans, and to just leave it outside at the front door. IT WAS NEVER DELIVERED!! Mind you I know that it was Valentines Day, and they were bus, but i live literally ten minutes away from the place, I feel that that should be the easiest delivery. So I called the next day, and they have the odasity to offer to deliver and arrangement (NOT FOR FREE) or give me 10% off my next order. NO THANKS I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM HERE!!

This establishment sucks. The manager/customer service person is extremely rude. I called to ask about an arrangement and minor details about it but the answer I got was pretty much just give me your money, dont care about the arrangement, we will make it the way we want and we cant tell you any details such as what fruit, how much fruit etc. The arrangement itself was also a disappointment. It was really small and a couple of fruit were over ripe. When they charge such a lot of money, they should at least deliver on quality. They also have a hideous looking box that they give below the actual container which looks really cheap. I would never order from this location again.

They fulfilled my order without a hitch. I initially had difficulty contacting the store, but received a response the next day and they ironed out my scheduling difficulties. They were able to deliver before 3pm as I requested -- but note that I gave them ample time to plan around this! The arrangement was met with a very warm reception, Im told. I would order from this store again with confidence.

I wish I had read these posts. I ordered An arrangement to be delivered on a regular day (no busy holiday as an excuse) and my arrangement was never delivered. I have never had this happen using other branches. Do not use this location!
