We cant express enough the awesome cutomer service our family received from Joe and Mallory. The customer service I received from Joe when I called the first time was spectaular. He was very pleasant to work with. I placed my order, easy breezy!!! They next day I spoke with Malllory, what a love she is. I made a few changes in our order. We ordered flowers for our Uncles funeral. And let me tell you they were Absolutly beautiful. Beyond beautiful I must express. Joe and Mallory even went out of their way to text and email me pictures of the arrangements due to us living in Florida. I wish I could add the pictures of the arrangements to this review. This is definitely the florist you should use for what ever the occasion is. I received so many calls telling us the Arranagments were "magnificent" from our side of the family. They had to ask which florist we used. I also found out two of our cousins used Gems & Stems for their weddings, and they had nothing but awesome positive feed back about Joe and Mallory as well..... I must add prior calling Gems & Stems, with us being from Florida, we called the funeral home to find out which florist they use, and we were told the florist across the street "Heaven Scent" on Gaston Ave. Well let me tell you, I called there and the women was insensitive of our Uncles passing, rude and showed no sign of good customer service what so ever. I told the women how I felt and hung up on her. (Do not use "Heaven Scent Florist" on Gaston Avenue)!!!!! The rest of the family that ordered from Heaven Scent wished they didnt, they were just ordinary, cheap looking floral arrangements that looked like an 8 year old put together as a school project, I was told. I did a Google search and that is where I found Gems & Stems, thank the good lord. It was meant to be. Thank you so much Joe & Mallory!!! You guys are awesome!!! Roy Evon and Family
