I have been going to Jefferson Pharmacy since they opened many years ago, back when Ben was the pharmacist and they cared about their customers. The new Pharmacy is AWFUL. They refill prescriptions that we no longer take, the pharmacist is rude, and as someone said previously, you walk in and wait to be noticed. But I continued to go there because it was close. Just recently I called in a prescription with one RX number and received one that Id had a previous time. When I went back to return it the pharmacist accused me of not giving him all of the pills back. I think he needs to go back and check his inventory and see that HE is the one who made the error and not accuse his customers. This isnt the first time that hes given me the wrong amount. Ive had prescriptions that I received at the same time and ran out of one before the other. I shouldnt have to count my pills every time I get them. In closing, I will not be using Jefferson Pharmacy anymore. Im moving my perscriptions to Mt. Arlington!

I sometimes feel like I am interrupting the employees. I often wait for quite a while until someone notices that I am there. I prefer to shop locally and stay out of the chain stores, but they try my patience. All of the mistakes Walgreens and CVS make still make it worthwhile to go here. Lesser of two evils?

The worst!!! Pharmacist said he ordered mess, we got there and NOPE. Than lied about our insurance companys computer system was down. It was NOT down. Dont bother with this guy. He has very hard time speaking English too......

Not the best prices by a long shot. Auto renew seems to try to just get pills out the door when they refill things you are no longer taking. Not always the nicest of people. We use CostCo RX now.

The pharmacist is very helpful. I ran into a jam with my meds and she was very helpful. It is on my way home and next to my doctors.
