Worst pharmacy ever! My almost 10 year son has needed antibiotics two times in his life. Both times I attempted to get them from Rite Aid. The first time was after a late visit to urgent care. Came home, opened the bag and the medication had not been reconstituted. Meaning they didnt add the liquid it was just powder. Second time they told me the insurance rejected an antibiotic for strep throat...come to find out they never even submitted the claim! I will say that both of my bad experiences happened at night. The day staff is always helpful and competent, which is the only reason I give rite aid 1 star. Its for those

Had bought to bottles of vitamins which were the wrong brand , looked up policy was told to bring in to store no questions asked, I get there and the manager tells me she cant allow me to do the return due to the vitamin s being high priced n over 25 dollers..I had to return at another rite aid n had no problems whats so ever..this is the only store tht wont do returns n do not follow there own policy meaning management. .they need serious training...

Manager was so rude, gave me an attitude because he didnt know how to use his own checkout system. He told me I was "making this difficult" when all I wanted to do was purchase the deal posted in their ads. He didnt even know any of the policy and gave me the wrong information.

A great store! Tina, and 2 other employees whose names I dont know, went out of their way to locate a personal item I had left in the store by mistake. They went to great lengths to search for it, and when it was finally found after I left, Tina mailed it to me.

Great experience. , pharmacist hussien helped me a lot to find a good medicine to treat my upset stomach and he reccomeded to me to try peto pismo which was a medicine over the shelf, and it really work
