Only 3 words come to mind when thinking of this florist, EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I have been in the service industry for 20 years and when I hear the word "cant" I dont like it. Let me tell you that JAMES is a CAN DO type of guy and is running a great business. I live in California and a dear friend of mine just lost her brother due to cancer in New Jersey. I attempted to order an arrangement from another company and they said they could not deliver it by the time expected. I was heart broken. I Google searched and found Hudson Florist and lets just say there is a reason they are the FIRST ones listed. I placed my order online and contacted James right away considering it was a delivery that needed to happen in the next 24hrs. James made is happen!! I will refer all my New Jersey Friends and Family to this florist! Great Job James and keep up the great work!

This review is long overdue! I never forget exceptional service. James is awesome! I live in another state and had a sick family member in New Jersey back in August. Ordering flowers has always been a problem so I wanted to deal directly with a florist. Not paying attention to the difference with the time zone, I called after hours and left a message. James immediately returned the call. He assured me that I could order online and he would personally take care of my order. My cousin received the flowers the next afternoon and said that they were gorgeous. I called James to thank him for a wonderful experience. He told me that his mother did the arrangement. What a GREAT FLORIST with GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I wish they were near me.

I needed a last minute Birthday gift for my mom I called around everywhere (edible arrangements, other floral shops, etc.) and No one would help until I stumbled upon Hudson Florist and talked to a guy name JAMES he helped me give my mom the Best Birthday gift EVER!!!! James really is best even helped me with the online order that I messed up by putting tomorrow but he fixed that right away and was able to give my mom her BEFORE 2:30pm (mind you I placed the order at 11:30) so he finished my order in like 2hours which is AMAZING!!!! Will definitely order from them again and I will definitely recommend them to friends and family Just want to give another thanks to James you made her Birthday very Special cant thank you enough

I had to order funeral flowers for a member of my family passing. They were very helpful but I decided to split the flowers between their shop and another local shop. The other florist made a HUGE mess and the owner at Hudson Florist was kind enough to actually go to the funeral home with flowers in hand and FIX the mistakes of the other shop. During such a difficult time, they went out of their way to help when they did not need to. I just give a fair warning to those who order from other shops, be careful! I am extremely thankful and being a nurse at the JC Medical Center, the entire staff goes to Hudson Florist when they need something special. I am their biggest fan. THANK YOU!!!!

I came here early in the morning because of the great reviews..... but boy was I dissapointed. I spent a $100 and wasnt happy with the arrangements. I then asked for a bigger better looking vase... and noone gave me a straight answer and was ignored. But wait...... theres more!!! After spending the $100 I was told that there wasnt any more deliveries. Their explanation for no deliveries was " We only have one driver." WELL MAYBE YOU SHOULD HAVE 2 DRIVERS ON VALENTINES DAY!! So my quick 15 minute stop to a florist shop took me over 45 minutes because I had to deliver my own purchased roses!! Terrible!! Never again... ill take my $100 and go somewhere else for next time.

LOVE Hudson Florist! Im a returning customer after receiving beautiful Valentines Day flowers that my husband ordered for me. This past weekend, we went back to James (I thnk hes the owners son) to order an arrangement for my sisters birthday and I couldnt be happier with the product, personalized customer service, and all-around experience. Let me tell you, Hudson Florist is a breath of fresh air after having used those online flower companies (Im talking to you, Pro Flowers) for so many years and experiencing delays in shipment, wilted flowers upon arrival, and unresponsive service. Youll never get that here. James will not let you down!

Absolutely 5 STAR ALL AROUND!!!!!!!! ..... great quick and fast customer service they really care about the customers and their order if your ever in the jersey city area and need any type of floral arrangement done DO NOT HESITATE TO STOP BY AND MAKE A PURCHASE!!!!!! The owner went above and beyond the call of duty for me even gave me his personal number to make sure that I was a satisfied customer. Seriously what more could you ask for other than that amazing customer service. Its rare that you find people today that actual care about the people that they take their taking money from.

I happen to find this shop by using google and was very pleased with their services. Its a small shop right off of Montgomery and I happen to swing by on Valentines Day. Boy were they busy! There was a line outside the door and the phones never stopped ringing. Despite the lines, I realized I was probably coming in late for flowers and it was certainly worth the wait. The flowers were reasonably priced and most importantly, my wife was happy. I plan to use them again, but I will be sure to order early for any holiday. Those lines looked similar to a sale on Black Friday!!!

I wanted to buy flowers for my sisters birthday. A friend of mine referred me to Hudson Florist and had mentioned that they had their own webpage. I didnt know this, and I was skeptical because I dont use the computer much. Turned out to be a cinch. Not only did it save me a trip to the florist, it was very organized and easy to navigate. There is a wide variety of flowers to choose from and for a different number of occasions. My decision on where to puchase just cant get any easier when i decide to give flowers for the next special occasion. Thank you Hudson Florist!

I have to say a big hearty THANK YOU to Hudson florist!!!!! After being turned down by another florist, I was thankfully given this name by them. I called, picked an arrangement, per their suggestion, and was pleasantly surprised at how quickly it was delivered to my mother. Per Mom, the arrangement is beautiful and unique and that is pretty impressive as she is a senior horticulturist at Battery Park City Parks!!!!!! I would highly recommend them for your floral needs. I will be using them from now on! Thank you!!!!!
