I would highly recommend Cityside to everyone. I stopped in on my was to visit a special friend and decided to stop in and take a look not really knowing what i was looking for. Upon entering I was humbly greeted by the lovely Associate Traice. She was very polite, knowledgeable and caring and eager to help me find what I was looking for even though I dint know mysel. Her creativity and customer service is what every associate in customer service should be taking a page of her book. Tracie helped me find the perfect setup for my special friend and she absolutely adored it.Thank you Tracie for making it such a pleasant experience) Her knowledge and expertise took the fear and anxiety of shopping for flowers (as a guy)in fact it made my day because I was so worried about getting the wrong gift Just to add a little more my special friend just simply loved it and made her day as well! I give Five Start and rrecomend this business to anyone! And i will have all my future needs met here.

Absolutely amazing! I just placed my 3rd order with Cityside and I am beyond happy. The arrangements I have purchased are stunning and true quality. I just had a friend post on FB the flowers I sent to her and they look so much more expensive than what I spent. For once I thought, wow, not only do they actually look like the arrangement I selected on the website, they look even better! I frequently place flower orders for both business and personal and after a few screw-ups I decided to give Cityside a try. They are really establishing a brand for themselves and has me thinking 1-800-WHO? Never use the other guys again! Definitely give Cityside a try if youre looking for great quality, price and service. You get what you pay for!

These guys are wonderful. The flowers are beautiful, the employees are helpful and everything operates so smoothly. I have made several wholesale orders with them and at this point I will not go anywhere else. They have always over delivered. If I could have I would have gave them six stars, but five is the limit. I called to place an order for a co-worker who had a death in the family. When I told the lady the plant I wanted from the website she scoffed at my selection and said she "didnt have anything so tiny" and suggested if I wanted something "decent" I would have to spend at least 20 more.
