I want to thank Rutherford Florist for the ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL job they did on the grotto with the Lady of Fatima statue inside. Everybody at my moms wake found it breathtaking. I know it was something my mom would have found it amazing and just so beautiful, My mom was my best friend & my life and my daughter loved my mom so much no matter what or where we went she would ask can I invite Grandma so I wanted a flower piece that represented my mother. The Lady of Fatima having all the children around her was so fitting because my mom had 6 children plus 7 grandchildren. I went to several florists and nobody could do the grotto for me and when the gentlemen said they would be able to do it, I nearly broke down in tears because I wanted it so badly and he went out of his way to do exactly what I wanted in such a short amount of time. I would love to attach a photo to this so you cold see what beautiful work they do, but its not allowing me to attach a picture. I WOULD RECOMMEND RUTHERFORD FLORIST FOR ALL YOUR FLOWER NEEDS!!!!! I CANT FIGURE OUT HOW TO SUBMIT A 2nd. review but I used Rutherford Florist again for a baby shower they made a very unique corsage and boutonniere that matched and in a short amount of time they did an absolutely beautiful job. Thanks so much guys you ARE THE BEST & MAKE ME LOOK GOOD!!!! YOU KNOW YOU WILL ALWAYS HAVE MY BUSINESS & I HAVE RECOMMENDED YOU TO SEVERAL FRIENDS & EVEN ON MY Facebook page someone asked for a good florist and I recommended you and told them to tell you I recommended you and as always you will do an AWESOME JOB, but you will see just how HIGHLY I THINK YOUR WORK IS!!!!!! My mother recently passed away and the funeral home recommended Rutherford Florist. I visited the shop and was amazed by their huge selection and all the arrangements they were working on. When I walked in the owner helped me immediately and stayed with me to help me make the best selections. I felt he had his heart and sole in it. I wanted a corsage for her and he said no charge for it. He also said if I had a special picture he would make me flower piece with the picture in it. I ordered the blanket, Heart and sprays and baskets. the viewing was the next day and he assured me that is no problem he would have it there for the first viewing. when I left , I had the best feeling knowing he would do a great job for my family. The next day I arrived at the funeral home about 1 hour early and everything was there.The floral pieces were magnificent and the family picture was such a nice touch. when we returned to the funeral home the next day the flowers looked as fresh as they were the first day. It was great to see a business who takes pride their work. I would recommend them for all your flower needs.

A Last minute arrangement was needed as a table centerpiece. For an affair, I was chairperson of. The florist that had been hired backed out last minute telling me could not get the flowers I ordered!! Fine, make something else, they refused. Got on line and began making phone calls to florists in the area, came up empty. Finally, with last hope made a call to Rutherford Florist as was passed on by a friend... Speaking with the owner Joe, he promised something for the table. Leaving the arrangement to his discretion, for there was no time to begin choosing flowers …. They arrived to the affair on time ... furthermore, it was a masterpiece. The arrangement received many Compliments by the attendes.It was Not to large, just perfect…it was as if Joe knew exactly what was needed to top of the atmosphere. Thank you so much. You really came through and cleaned up a mess that was done by imcompetance on anothers part. We have so many affairs during the year…Rutherford Florist is my go-to-for arrangements. P. Rutherford Florist did our wedding flowers June 1st and did a fantastic job for us. It was a very large wedding with wedding flowers and reception flowers church flowers there were over 300 people there . every one complimented on how beautiful the flowers were. Joe was a pleasure to deal with . he went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. I could see he is a strict boss and everyone did there part to make sure they did there job. Every time we met with him the shop was really busy and Joe and his wife Christine gave 100 per cent attention and worked with us to keep close attention to detail. This was the first time we purchased from there shop. And now I would never go anywhere else. They delivered everything to the church, my house and the reception and set everything up and was done on time .

I visited the florist several years ago and the staff was unbelievably rude, I turned around and walked out the store. I figured it had been so many years, that maybe they were just having a bad day (it happens ya know). I have a very specific bouquet I wanted to assemble, I phoned today to say "I want to see if you have particular flowers in stock" He responded with always (in a harsh tone) what do you want?! I proceeded through the list and some he didnt have, others he harshly told me "its a plant not a flower". After I thanked him he just hung up the phone. The most unprofessional ruddest people. Last time I try this place and I am a Rutherford resident!! Flowers are typically for happy occasions and you dont need someone ruining your Chi. Ridiculous!

I was married on November 5, 2011 and Rutherford Florist did all my flowers for my special day. They did the wedding flowers, church flowers and the reception. I had an idea of what I wanted because I went to about six florists in Lyndhurst, Hasbrouck Heights and Clifton and felt Rutherford Florist was the best choice. There selection of flowers were the best, the price was fair and the service they gave was a six star rating. Everything was delivered on time and set up to perfection. I had 275 people at the reception and the guests said my flowers were the best they had ever seen and family and friends were all eager to take the centerpieces home. From a Happy Bride!!!

I walked in this store yesterday and asked for some help on choosing flowers for valentines day and the owner said I dont have anything here with the worst attitude also said all these flowers are already old. So this should tell you that he is a rutten apple. I also learned that he twrew flowers on the floor and refused to help a senior citizen and threw her out the door. This is the worst experience by far from a flower shop that supposed open your hearts and make you feel good. Do not go to this place this owner does not need you he has enough business....

I recently stopped in Rutherford Florist to get an arrangement for the birth of my niece. I had no idea what I wanted because im not that great with flowers. The owner made me one of the most gorgeous bouquets I have ever seen with me only providing a vague description of what I wanted. He was able to work within my budget and didn’t skimp on the gorgeousness!!! The customer service was top notch and the flowers I brought to my sister were a big hit!!! The flowers lasted weeks and I was beyond happy with the service and product.
