I ordered an arrangment from here that was supposed to have delphinium, iris, balloon flowers, and more arranged in delightful shades of blue, complete with a blue-tinted cube vase. Instead, I got an arrangement that wasnt arranged well with some blue hydrangea, white roses, and white spider mums. I did not receive a single flower listed in the description. And neither was it sent in the blue-tinted cube vase. They are clearly just using stock photos and using whatever flowers they have on hand. Unfortunately, I happened to think the arrangement they sent was very ugly. If that was the arrangement advertised, I would not have purchased. Not worth $52.38. Dont expect to get anything like the picture they advertise on the website.

Not a happy camper. My mother is about to turn 88. Ordered flowers via their website on Tuesday. Despite my online instructions to deliver on Nov. 30th, they delivered today -- 4 days early. Not only that but I had written in the special instructions section that she does not have good arm strength and to please offer to bring in the flowers and set them down, since the accompanying vase can be heavy. My mother was out at the time, so what did they do? Left them on the ground by the front door. One mistake I can overlook; two, no way. Ive tried calling to talk directly but there is no phone answer service. I hope they read this and reach out to me. Id like to find out what happened.

I ordered the flowers online on a Monday for a Friday delivery. They were for someone who was having surgery on Thursday so I wanted them delivered the next day. On Friday after 5PM when I had not heard from the recipient that they received the flowers I called Montvale Florist to check on the status. When I called them at first they could not even locate the order. They finally called back said they located the flowers and would deliver them. They were finally delivered after 6PM. The flowers looked like they had been on the delivery vehicle all day. The roses were open, etc. I am very disappointed with this florists service.

Have to say that my buying experience was great. Even though I ordered on line, you can tell that this ran by a family that cares about every customer they have. Even ordering on line felt personal and made me feel that I was their most important customer. The prices are pretty good especially considering the area they are located in. I will follow up tomorrow after the flowers arrive and let you know how the arrangement looked. If I can get her to send a pic i will post it. That will determine if I change the rating to 5 stars

An embarrassing mix up on delivery... I ordered flowers to express sympathy for the passing of a colleagues parent but the florist delivered someone elses "get well" basket. My colleague called the florist to let them know that they delivered someone elses flowers and they returned to take the old basket and drop off the sympathy flowers. No one called me to let me know about the mix up- I found out later from my colleague. I was disappointed with the way the mix up was handled and it lacked sensitivity which was unfortunate.

Overall, Montvale Florist was an amazing experience. At first, I ordered from this place because of their great delivery offer they provided. Turns out it was a great move! The staff at Montvale Florist was very helpful and kind. The arrangement they made for me was beyond compare. It looked so beautiful in my dining room table. I was extremely impressed by their great service and flowers they provided me and I would totally recommend this place to anyone who wants excellent service and great prices!

THIS PLACE IS GREAT! Spring, Summer and Fall they always have the most beautiful outdoor plants for sale for very low prices! I had went in to order my mom flowers for her birthday and was waited on by Mary. She knew exactly what I was looking for and was able to accommodate me for as low as $45.00. They do not charge an extra fee for any delivery, which is amazing! Mary was super nice and the flowers she designed were stunning. I will definitely be returning for all my floral needs.

I ordered flowers to be sent to a home, but they called and expressed that what I ordered is not suitable for residential delivery, only Funeral Parlor due to the larger size. So they refunded my money with no questions asked. I appreciated that honesty.

When sending flowers to a funeral they wrote Rest In Piece. A piece of what? Its PEACE. Very embarrassing that the spray of flowers I spent $100 on was ruined by a grammatical error. Will not go there again no matter how lovely the flowers were.

Ive ordered from here about 10 times over the past few years. The bouquets are beautiful and the flowers generally last 7-10 days. Other than closing a little early (6), I highly recommend. Great bang for the buck relative to other florists.

we are a Belgian internetcompany for delivery of flowers and appealed to their services 14 jan 2014 . And we were very happy we did so , Montvale is a pro ! florist
