I called early spring of 2014 for them to come out and repair or change the pond liner and skimmer box, they said they were busy, but they will put me on the schedule. I never heard from them so I called again and they said someone will call, and they never called back. Over the winter I forgot about the pond and this year I called again ....same story, we are busy, I said I am waiting since last year, shouldnt I get priority...the lackadaisical woman ...who answers the phone said she will have someone call me...I still have not received a call, needless to say.......when I called back...she was still surprised that she forgot to relay the message and or that nobody called me back, even after a year and a half ............I can understand if they are busy , but they should at least call and let me know. terrible service...they need some competition....

Every year I come to Waterford Gardens and I find something new and exciting that I am temptet to buy. Even if I just stop by for a new pair of gloves and fish food I end up looking through the gorgeous varieties of lilies and plants in the greenhouses. The salesmen are always polite and know exactly how to solve my various pond issues. I bought two tropical canna that I have had for three years inside my house and they are my favorite plants. I tell all of my friends about Waterford and look forward to every visit.

Wow what a great place if youre into seeing all kinds of koi or information on koi fish this is the place for you. They have lovely statues anything you need for your koi pond. Great Little Flower and gift shop located right next door.
