This is a long time coming!! I dont know why it took me so long to write this review but besides marrying my husband my favorite part of my wedding was my flowers!! Six months later and I still get compliments from people on how incredible they were. My mother has been working with the owner for over 20 years and he has always met her expectations and he knows as I do she is a CRAZY perfectionist :)!! There arent even words that could express my happiness and thankfulness for the amazing work he did from the bouquets, to the centerpieces, to decorating all the crazy things we asked him to decorate. This is all without mentioning my bouquet!! There arent even words to describe how amazing it was!! He pretty much did this all on his own too, I told him what I was thinking and let him go with it and he made it better than I ever could imagine!! Who ever picked up the phone when I called was a miserable lady not trying to help me. I wanted flowers to deliver and she was being so hard to deal with. I asked for a card she told me that I had to go buy a card and bring it in lol. That defeats the whole purpose of calling in an order or else I do it myself. I was gettin nothing but attitude on the phone and smart remarks. Then I asked her to write it and she literally said "no, my handwriting is bad" thanks for the help heits flower shoppe! You really knew how not to help me. So I went to 1800 flowers a friend reconmened because I told her my terrible experience. I wish I can give negative stars because I had a important occasion and this business was not willing to perform simple tasks for a PAYING CUSTOMER. 1800 flowers were awesome and helpful.

Great service, beautiful arrangements from simple to elaborate, a cute shop for gift items and; upstairs, book a nice tea party in their Victorian Tea Room! From four to thirty by advanced reservation you and your guests will enjoy traditional finger sandwiches, scones and; of course, teas of your choice. Also this shop is across from three great shops - Young Fashions for baby and infant clothing and gifts, Not Too Shabby for great re-purposed furniture and wonderful gift items and a new high end resale designer furniture and home decor store called Interior Design Consign with amazing things at great prices. Make a day of it and try some of the nice restaurants in Hasbrouck Heights!
