Im really upset with this florist. I ordered a bouquet off their website with the expectation that it would arrive the way the image shows or as close to it depending on flower availability yet what my fiancé received looked nothing like it. The flowers looks old/dead and not put together well. I called to express my dissatisfaction with the order and the owner offered no solution besides picking the flowers up and redelivering. Had they been delivered to my home, I may have considered that but when they were delivered to my fiancés job, I would not put her through the embarrassment in front of her peers. The owner spent the entire time trying to insinuate that I had gotten a bang for my buck because of what she had given me yet despite my constant reminder that I was not satisfied, she offered no real solution. Even when I asked for a credit she went on to explain how she was losing money if she does that. Im disappointed at the poor quality and the terrible customer service. I will not order from here again. Note to the owner: Happy customers are worth way more than money. Remember that next time a customer is not happy with your product.

This florist and I wouldnt even call it a florist. The service that the owner provided was indescribable. She was also the delivery person that delivered to a retail shop at the outlets. She caused such a scene. She used profanity. Slammed the flowers on the counter, never said who the flowers are for and never received a a signature that the right person was receiving the flowers. The quality of flowers are deplorable and were half dead. She also complained that she had to deliver the flowers in the heat and walk to deliver them. I am telling anyone do not order flowers from this shop. She should be put out of business.

Not much to say but place was filty with not much to choose from . Was looking for something around 25-30 bucks .. she gave me a bunch of yellow daisies .. Costco flowers for 11.99 was a better choice . Dont like to give any bad reviews , especially to a small business owner but Im sure there are a lot better places to go to .

Wonderful and easy floral service. Made it super easy and aforadable to have flowers delivered the same day. Way better than using 1800flowers or some other big floral company. I will be using them again for all my future flower orders.
