I used this florist for my wedding and the flowers were beautiful and the price is right but I did not get exactly what I had asked for. Also, the flower I chose for the grooms boutonniere and for the cake decorations did not hold their shape at all. It would have been nice if the florist had told me about this before choosing a flower that wilts and droops easily. The flowers for my bouquet were half right and the bridesmaids were supposed to all get different flowers and that didnt happen either. All in all the flowers looked great but if you are looking for something particular you should look elsewhere.

Completely messed up my order. Ordered on May 20th to be delivered for the birthday on May 22nd. Delivered in the evening of the same day, May 20th. Ordered nice looking money tree on a stylish black square tray, and a plant in a boring pot with a vulgar pink ribbon was delivered instead. The message was mangled by the website to the unrecognizable state. Eventually the right plant was delivered after some emails and calls. If you pay almost $60 for a plant that is probably no more than $15 at the store you expect it to be properly delivered. So, this service did not deliver.

My husband ordered flowers to be delivered on Thursday Feb. 11. After they were never delivered, he was assured they would be delivered the next day. Again, they never were. We called and were told we would be receiving a refund. After a week of no refund, I called and was again assured I would receive my refund. Instead of being refunded, we were charged twice! Now I have to waste more of my time getting our credit card company involved. Absolutely disgraceful customer service. Shame on you. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

we had a great experience with them for the flowers for our wedding. my bride was blown away by the arrangements, even more than she had hoped for. they were great to work worth. and, their prices were extremely reasonable; I think the cost ended up being about half than what we were quoted at their nearby competitor on newark ave. definitely recommend

Stopped in to buy some plants for spring and found the atmosphere quaint and clean. I also found the staff very friendly. While their plants are more expensive than a nursery, I imagine the higher prices are reflect their overhead. It should be noted their plants appeared very healthy. I was impressed by the small shops variety! Would definitely go again.

Absolutely the nicest guys around. Have shopped them many times and been pleased, but they really went the extra mile with our xmas tree. It was too big for the apartment... so they took it back twice to cut it down and bring me a larger stand. When it came time to remove the tree, I called and they came to take it away the same day - for free!

Lovely pops of color along the long table gave it just the right extra touch. Ordering, price point and delivery were all wonderful. Ive been here on several occasions, and if youre willing to go a step above bodega roses, you will get an arrangement crafted with attention. They have been welcoming and friendly each time, and unafraid to meet my budgetary and often immediate requests. Its a small shop, with a personal touch.

Prices are bit expensive. Orchid plant cost there 45 $ while you can get it for 15$ from wholefoods for example.
