Company runs sales nearly every month and due to this items sell out quickly and often arent restocked, or are done so to low levels so that when the next sale starts items are still out of stock. I imagine this is an issue all the HF stores have to deal with, especially if they arent huge to be able to hold a larger stock in inventory. It is usually busy when I have gone around noon or a little bit earlier, big sales it can be packed to where you can barely move around the store. Ive had little contact in seeking help as employees have usually been busy helping the other customers or simply were nowhere to be seen on the floor. The store is located in a strip mall across from a fitness center and a training institute, parking can be a real pain during peak hours/big sales. Due to the issues with inventory if I cant get to a sale at the beginning, first few days, Ill not be able to get some or any of what I wanted to buy.

I bought a power tool with accessories, took it home, opened the box, and parts were missing. Further inspection revealed the tool was VERY used and worn, and had paint and some sort of putty on the tool and power cord. I live a long way from the store, so decided Ill clean it up and keep it. Then I thought, maybe I should plug it in and see that it works. No, its dead. Unfortunately I lost my receipt, so Im screwed. But if I had my receipt, and returned it, it would be back on the shelf and someone else would get stuck with it. They know that sooner or later someone will buy it and lose their receipt. And everyone who has a receipt, they collect a "restocking fee" from. Avoid these shysters. They really dont want your business anyway.

Pathetic customer service. They girl in billing section was talking to someone over the phone (cell phone, so I guess it is a personal call) and made me wait for atleast 10 mins. The coupons they issue are another set of useless stuff and you can never find those items in the shop - though there are similar items the model numbers dont match. If someone wants to learn how NOT to treat a customer then you should visit this place.

Bought a compressor here and it was total garbage...I changed my mind on it went back to return it (still in box un-opened)and the manager had a dirty attitude towards me I felt kind of obligated to keep the the compressor because he kept insisting after going back and forth I was charged a restocking fee for no reason the box remaimed untouched ....

I love this place! Cheap tools that are decent quality and just tons of stuff at deeeep discount! They always have 20% off coupons in mailers and free gifts! Plenty of parking and usually in and out quick at register. Go!
