Great service, great products, good variety and excellent prices. This is not a huge warehouse where you have to walk a football field and have send out smoke signals to ask a simple question. This store is generously staffed with knowledgeable, friendly and helpful people who know their stuff and can advise in more ways to Sunday on how to approach a problem. Why drive 30-40 minutes away to get lost in a warehouse to save pennies? And if something is not right.. you have to waste another hour to get something exchanged.. no thanks!! Jaspan pricing is in line with the big guys for most products. It just a no brainer in my opinion.

Great local hardware store, the people that work at Jaspans are helpful when you are seeking items and how to for home repair. The prices are comparable to Home Depot, and sometimes a better deal. I hope people will frequent this local family owned gem, I would hate to see them disappear and have to rely on the crappy service at the warehouse hardware stores.

Ive found all of their employees to be both friendly and knowledgeable. They are ready to greet you, walk you to exactly to all the things on your list and offer help/advice if you need it.
