Completely Dissapointed.. I picked up my daughters dress and said the crinlin smells funny.I was told its brand new and will go away.I let it air out and it got worse and worse. Now it smells like a pile of month old dead fish . They refuse to answer my emails,fb messages and phone calls because I questioned the authenticity of the dress i bought. I also contacted the company they buy the dresses from. ( azaria wasnt happy about it) So now still not answering emails about other 2 dresses. I also stated that if the smell of dress was my fault it would be the whole dress. Its only the crinlin underneath it. That pushes bottom out. I keep asking for their help because party 25 days away and the smell getting worse since came from their store. ( dry cleaners dont want to touch because its white) There prices are great and sweet as anything when you purchase. Then they dont care and ignore you. I clearly stated concern for smell before I paid balance and took home.I also got 2 more dresses same day for best price around. If you go here do not leave if crinlin or any part smells cause dress does come from china. The wholesale company/companies confirmed it. They put there own tags in dresses on floor in store.( the dress i bought had an azaria tag when picked up it said BLUSH and no barcode tags). How ever i tracked down who they buy from. So they are spraying pesticides to ship over seas here. I talked to someone who deals with over seas shipping as well. Then when wrong type of water used in steamer at store is what pushed the smell in and makes the smell progress instead of dissipate. Its extremely upsetting and disgusting. If not fixed, cleaned or problem crinlin replaced in next 20 days ill be seeking damages and extra costs BECAUSE I need to get another dress..Ive sent multiple emails and pleas for help. ( I also sent an apology email for my freak out WITHOUT CURSING on phone because my daughter was hysterically crying over the smell of crinlin not getting better and getting worse. CRYING because store said it would go away.) NOTHING!..IVE HEARD NOTHING BACK! A dry cleaner wont touch it because its white and steamer pushed pesticide in crinlin. Be careful when purchasing here. Price is right and the sale smooth but products made, sprayed with god knows what pesticide and shipped here from china. Hopefully no one else will have to go through what im going through. I AM WILLING TO UPDATE REVIEW(S) IF BUSINESS DOES THE RIGHT THING 6/21/17 Isnt doing right thing i must continue legally

They SOLD the dress that we had already bought for my wedding!! I called this bridal shop because I was having trouble finding a size 14 in the dress that I had picked for my bridesmaids. He confirmed that he had the dress in the size I needed so I asked him if he would price match the dress because his price was $100 above the price that I had seen elsewhere. He agreed to match the price and I told him that my Maid of Honor was going to call him with her payment information, which she did. She paid for the dress IN FULL but the next day one of the girls that works for him calls her and says that they CANCELLED her order and sold the dress to someone else!!! The girl was calling her to get her credit card information so that they can refund her her money. I can only assume that someone else was going to pay full price for the dress and they couldnt care less how that would effect me or my bridal party. I called the owner and he said that he was only holding the dress for her and that when he didnt hear back from her he assumed she didnt want the dress. (BS!!! Who pays IN FULL, for a dress that they dont want?!!?!!) I asked him to help me look for another dress in that size, that this was his error and he should be willing to rectify the situation......I havent heard back from him since. Now I have NO dress for my Maid of Honor for my WEDDING!! 4/5/17 No, she did NOT say that she didnt want the dress. YOU did not call her the next day, you left a note to have one of your employees call her the next morning. Your employee did not ask her if she wanted the dress, she told her that you cancelled the order, and the dress was already sold to another person. When I called back and spoke with her, she told me the same thing. She even called your warehouse to be certain that the dress was not there. Maybe you need to communicate things more clearly with your staff (and obviously, to your customers). When I spoke to you, you said "I have gotten so many calls about that dress," but the bottom line is that we had PAID for the dress. Once you SOLD the dress, it did not belong to you so it wasnt YOURS to SELL anymore. I asked you to find me another dress, but you never called me back. The only "threat" I made was to post THE TRUTH online, and here you have it. When you make a mistake, you APOLOGIZE and find a way to help a costumer, not BLAME them! I ended up finding the dress at another location for a better price anyway.

Just adding to the Jessica H.s post. Its clear that there was a communication issue that resulted in the cancelled order. Initially when we spoke the interaction was great and the store was helpful. Yes I did call back and asked about the condition of the dress and where it was shipping from. I then indicated that I would call the bride and IF I was going to cancel the order I would call back. What happened happened but Im more bothered by the aftermath. The store was supposed to call both me and the bride back (prior to the negative reviews) but we received no call. We waited two whole days for you to resolve the matter. Additionally, per your post below, if the store was able to locate another dress in a size 14 then why did you need to cancel my order? Im amazed that you have enough time to respond, dispute reviews, and attempt to blame others for your wrong doing. When the messager called back get the refund information, she indicated that a note was left to call me in the morning. Which to me means the dress want even held to the end of the night. I would think that when the other person attempted to order the dress, you would have called to confirm with me. Again you should have called to resolve the matter before it escalated. You were aware of the fact that the dress was being used as a bridesmaid dress so canceling the order was not just effecting me it was the entire wedding party.

I was excited to make a wedding gown appointment after reading reviews about Azaria Bridal online. They had a wide variety of dresses online that I bookmarked ahead of time. The service I got was much different than the online reviews let on. My consultant was a few minutes late and when she met me she told me that she had a family event to get to after my appointment so I was the only reason she was at work that day. She informed me that since my appointment was nine days after Black Friday that their dress selection and sizes were limited after they sold most of their dresses off the rack. She never ask my style or preference, rather kept pulling any dress in the store that would remotely fit. I felt extremely rushed and relied on my company to help find dresses that were more my style. There were so many dresses listed on their website. I didnt see a single one that I was interested in and the consultant wasnt at all interested in discussing/looking for them. I would express that I wasnt fond of a dress yet she would still put a vail on me and hand me a bouquet. A plus was that they were very flexible on the price of the dress and had options for customizing parts of the dress that I didnt like. I did not purchase my dress from this store and will ask my bridesmaids and mothers to avoid this store.
