Brides Beware!!! We ordered bridesmaid dresses in March for a September wedding. The dresses did not arrive until 3 weeks until the wedding. When the wedding party attempted to make appointments for alterations we were told they were booked solid and that they would have to double book us and we wouldnt get the full attention at our alteration appointments. I live 45 minutes away from the shop so when I heard that I decided to get my alterations done elsewhere. Not at any time did they warn us to make appointments prior to the dresses coming in because they only do alterations on Sundays and Wednesdays. When the dress arrived at my house, it was the WRONG COLOR! When I attempted to call the shop to speak with some one the bride had already done so and they would not answer my calls!!! I had to finally call from my desk line at work for someone to pick up the phone. They tried to hide their mistake by saying the designer had messed up but I found the copy of my orginal receipt that had the wrong color. When I finally got through to speak with someone they were less than helpful and said that the manager had already spoken to the bride and she "didnt know what to tell me." They did not do anything to help us remedy the situation. The only way they said they could help was for us to take the sample dress at the store and they were going to make us pay for the sample dress! Finally the bride decided that the maid of honor would wear the wrong color dress. It turned out beautiful but without help from Tesi. I had to drive down there 3 separate times to get fitted and finally picked my dress up the day before the wedding which I had to take off of work an extra day to do so. I still paid full price. Everytime I called the store no one knew what was going on. The communication within the shop is horrible! Everytime I called I had to explain the story over again. If you do not want to worry when ordering multiple dresses then I do not suggest you do business with them! This was a brides worst nightmare.

I picked Tesi Bridal on a whim by Google Search after getting the pressure from my Mom and Sister to start looking at bridal gowns. Thank god I found them! Every single step of the way has been with ease. I have yet to have a problem with anything. That is even after I ordered not only my wedding dress, but all 6 bridesmaids dresses and my Mothers dress. EVERY SINGLE DRESS ARRIVED TIMELY, All 8, EIGHT DRESSES, all arrived in a timely manner. Granted, I, the Bride, ordered my dress 8 months out and it was in about 2.5 months. My girls ordered their dresses 6 months out and their dresses came in about 2.5 months. My Mother ordered her dress 4 months out and it came within 1.5 months. All dresses were altered without issue. Tesi and her staff handles everything so professionally and friendly. Her shop is beautiful and as a bride, the showroom is private and cozy and allows for as many people as you want to come watch you try on dresses. I went for ONE fitting and had alterations. Came back and the dress was perfect. Their seamstress is very knowledgeable having years of experience and is not afraid to give her suggestions. With all of the other tasks a wedding involves, I am so glad that Tesi Bridal seamlessly took care of my dresses. It was one more potential burden lifted in the chaos of wedding planning. Wasnt thrilled with my experience. The shop tried to charge me $310 for a dress that was only listed for $250 on the designer website. This was still quite a bit more than other locations but something made me think alterations were included with this dress. They did accommodate my request to match the price which I appreciated. I followed up about the dress after 4 months (i expected a long wait so that was perfectly fine), and was told I would need to pay a storage fee since I hadnt come to pick it up after they had called me. I couldnt find any voicemails or calls from the store. I asked if I would be able to take advantage of the alterations I mistakenly thought came with the purchase of the dress, and the saleswoman informed me that I would have to pay a storage fee and there wasnt much availability. Not sure if it was a lack of communication or what, but I felt disappointed. It would have been easier just to pay for the measurements and order online.

I have to say I am very disappointed with this store. I went shopping for mother of the bride dresses and felt pressured in to buying a dress. I got home and had so many doubts about the dress that I called to see if I could return it and was told no. I checked again at a later date to see if I could exchange it for other merchandise so they wouldnt be losing any money on the deal and again was told absolutely NO returning of items. I feel that this is very bad public service. Now I am stuck with a brand new $400 dress that I will never wear. I would not recommend them at all.

Beware of shopping here. If they have the dress in stock, you should be okay. However, if you are placing an order, the information they relay regarding "guaranteed" delivery times is not accurate or reliable despite being in writing from them. My experience was that the staff and management were extremely unprofessional and disorganized, requiring a number of calls and emails to follow-up. Yet, my dress still did not arrive timely. I would not recommend them for online or in person shopping. Many better options.

Tesi was the second place I went to try on wedding dresses and didnt need to look any further. They were a delight to work with, did not push me to buy, and have a fabulous assortment of bridal gowns. I enjoyed shopping there and my experience finding the perfect dress! I recommend Tesi to everyone in need of a fabulous dress!
