I show up to the stores at 12 when they say theyre open at 11 and it was closed but had the open sign on. I call 3 times after 12 and no answer. I finally call a 4th time and they pick up. This woman was so unprofessional and said the seemstress was at a wedding altering. We finally go and try to find a dress to try on and we ask for multiple dresses that were in the window to try on ans the woman was making excuses for us not to try them on. Oh its too big it wont fit her or no I cant take that down. It was the most horrible customer service, one employee was laying down on chairs on her phone, while there were other customers in the shop needing help. The most horrible customer service Ive ever experienced.

Negative stars ,So unprofessional ,such a bad experience ! I took my younger sister to get fitted for a dress that we already paid for in full !! She said because the other girls in the same court didnt pay she couldnt get hers I told her that was none of our business and had nothing to do with us she said I should care which made no sense . She didnt help us at all she was being so rude and I honestly think if you pay for a dress you should get it without involving other people if they pay or not thats up to them what did that have to do with me ? Nothing ! I dont recommend this place for anyone . Horrible business just awful !

They arent open most of the time EVEN THOUGH their hours say they are. I called, no one picked up. I walked in and asked for a dress and I told her I wanted to try it on, so she showed me to the dressing room. After I try it on she tells me I have to buy it because I tried it on. WHO IN THIS WORLD BUYS A DRESS WITHOUT TRYING IT ON. She didnt mention this before I stepped into the dressing room. Theyre literally trying to scam you into buying their dresses. The lady was not rude, but I think she shouldve more clear when it came to the rules her store had.
